"Cohn restaurants have a sameness to them, but the lcoation of the Prado makes it a treat no matter what. Bar has good apps and wine. Lunch was quite good. Have been here for outdoor dinners and it's such a treat in the gem of Balboa Park. Highly recommended to combine with a museum visit or before an Old Globe performance. Valet is convenient for evenings and those who have trouble walking up from the parking areas."

"Dined at Prado on Friday, April 13, a busy, busy day...art and floral show going on...Service, From beginning to end was wonderful. Prado was bursting, but we were immediately seated before our Reservation time and impeccably served; food was fresh and tasty. Our young waiter was courteous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience as I have in the past. Prado is a fine establishment...no time wasted munching at the park...time there is as fine as time at the theatre and the museums...loved it!

"I ordered the Fillet and shrimp. It was the smallest fillet I've ever seen. I had hoped that for $34 for the entree' I would have received a bigger piece of meat. Very disappointed."

"It was my first time there, celebrating my 36th wedding anniversary with my wife. Our server, Kevin, was extraordinary and helpful in every way. The meal was perfect, the timing was perfect, the service was perfect. I would recommend this as a special getaway for a special occasion. (PS, Love the Calamari fries!)"
