It's not in the greatest location, but it really is a diamond in the rough.
We were a large party (13) on Mother's Day evening and were put in a separate dining area with a wonderful waitress. Food was delicious and there was none of the long waits one expects on Mother's Day.

We had a group of 5, & we were so happy to be seated in sort of a private dining area so we could easily hear the conversation (which is not so easy in most restaurants). The food was simply phenomenal -- fresh seafood, great Italian & just delicious. We will continue to go back. Now in some places, the vegetables are second cousins to the meal. In other words they are an afterthought.
AGAIN - NOT HERE - The sauteed mushrooms - were to die for. The mixed vegetables, cooked to perfection... The grilled red Onion... AHHHHH.

Prices are reasonable, made more so by offering petite portions (which were still generous). The live music that night was a singer and guitarist who were wonderful without being too loud or interefering with our conversation. (Corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.) Understandable, really. We were seated by the fireplace and it was really relaxing. I could see having a romantic dinner with my hubby there. Our server was wonderful. He was friendly without seeming fake. We were checked on at regular intervals. The food was amazing. My daughter loved the steak salad. She said it was the best thing she ever ate. We both LOVED the portobella mushrooms stuffed with crab imperial. YUMMY!
