Private Party Facilities: The Pluckemin Inn has two exquisite rooms in the wine cellar that can be used individually or in tandem. The Private Dining Room accommodates 9-14 guests comfortably. Carl's Room, for 14-18 guests, is a fine choice for cocktail parties, wine dinners, larger board meeting and family gatherings. In addition, you can choose to configure any of the two main dining rooms upstairs along with the private rooms to fit your needs.

"My family was somewhat apprehensive as it was the first time in years that we were venturing to a restaurant on an Easter Sunday. We had been to the Pluckemin Inn before, but never on a holiday. We were truly delighted with our decision and choice of restaurants. Food was excellent -- lamb shank was perfectly done with excellent sauce and vegetables; filet was outstanding; wine list was exceptional; service was truly impeccable -- attentive, yet discrete."

"The food was excllent and we enjoyed our dinner very much. Only 2 complaint, when I made the reservation, we wanted to eat at 6, we could only get a reservation for 5PM. This would be completely understandable , except the restaurant main Dining room was still mostly empty by the ime we left at 7:15. and 2 I ordered black bass which was supposed to be served with clams. These clams were invisible, when I asked about them, I was told that they were minced, but if that is the case, they were minced awfully small and the taste of the vegetables was strong enough that I certainlty could not taste any clam. It was still pretty tasty"

"best restaurant in the area. the food is so fresh, the service is outstanding and the wine list makes good reading and good tasting. Everytime I go I ask why I don't go more often."

"New chef since there last and the food was much better prepared than previous times. Unfortunately, Chef Joe, the pastry chef is no longer there which is a terrible loss since he was a true master of desserts. However, the overall experience was better than the past 2 times we were there and we enjoyed our meals."

"I have never been disappointed at the Pluckemin Inn. Amazing wine list. Friendly and attentive staff and the food is always good to excellent. Hardly a romantic place to go but you will always get what you pay for and be more than satisfied."

"We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary here. This was our first time at the Pluckemin Inn. The evening was wonderful - valet service, great pub, outstanding service, five course Prix Fixe menue with wine pairings. We will be back to try the standard lunch and dinner menus.Very pleased to find an excellent restaurant near Clinton, NJ."
