Executive Chef Jojo Vasquez, voted one of Hawaii’s “Rising… Star Chefs,”and rewarded "Best Chef America," has crafted menus to reflect his passion for locally sourced and inspired dishes as well as introduced signature menu items. Chef Jojo’s cuisine pays respect to locality, using diverse cooking techniques and contemporary presentations. The menu emphasizes Hawai‘i's fresh fish, with dishes that are enhanced by the bounty of fresh produce and herbs grown here on Maui. The Plantation House hosts winemakers for special events throughout the year and is host restaurant to the PGA TOUR Hyundai Tournament of Championships each January.
