  • "I love everything about this restaurant. The environment was wonderful, the waitress was friendly and helpful and the food was outstanding...and you have to have dessert there...so yummy for my tummy. We went back for lunch a few days later and it was still outstanding. will come back again and again and again. Highly recommended ."

  • "It was fun trying to find the place.... People were all nice.. Was a little dark in there for me to read the menu but I managed. Thank you all very much!"

  • "The Pappradelle Bolognese is our favorite. Cooked to perfection, slightly al dente once combined with the sauce. Filling, but lunch entree boxed for the following day is included."

  • "To start at the beginning, the reservations were very easy and I was given a chance to pick where I wanted to sit. This is the perfect place to go for a nice date. The food was delicious, the waitstaff was helpful and attentive, the atmosphere was very romantic, and the menu was slightly erotic. The novelty of a trapeze performance (only on Sundays) easily set the date apart. The pricing is very good compared to other resteraunts of similar nature, not to mention the location in pikes place allows for plenty of fun after dinner activities."

  • "we had friends in town from LA that had heard about the Pink door and so we made a reservation for dinner. We hadn't been in along time and so glad we went the food was phenomenal and the ambience so much fun. They loved it and we will be back soon!!"

  • "I chanced upon this restaurant years ago (mostly because it has no sign so got me curious) but only got to eat here last year and again this past weekend. It was my guy's birthday so I thought he would enjoy eating here at The Pink Door. The service was impeccable and they got us a corner table on the patio overlooking the Sound. Even though the atmosphere was convivial, it was quite romantic for the two of us and the food was delicious, as usual! Get the antipasto plate!"

  • "excellent dinner near the Seattle market. Thought it might be a tourist trap, but in no way is it. Best meal we had in Seattle, wonderful service, waitress recommended great selections. Wish we could back!"

  • "This is the most popular place for a reason. Reserve in advance. We loved it so much the first night that we returned on our second night in Seattle. The Italian food is excellent. Staff is lovely. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it."

  • "Fantastic meal and fantastic service at a fantastic place. We will be back! Expecting to catch the late show one of these weekends. Started with a nice bottle of Penner-Ash Pinot Noir recommended by our waitress. Really awesome Beet salad, excellent. We shared main course plates so we were able to sample both, white salmon and pappardelle al ragù bolognese. Dessert was a decadent butterscotch pudding, yummy!"

  • "When you find a restaurant filled with people, no name on the door, distinguished only by the color of its door, you would do well to give it a try."

  • "I took some east coast friends for an early dinner. The food was excellent and the menu had lots of attractive offerings. A great place to show off Seattle's neighborhood restaurant scene."

  • "The Pink Door used to be a classy and cool place to go to dinner. It was good for a romantic occasion. Not anymore. It's way too loud, and there's no expectation for how people should dress. There were people there with their baseball hats on (backwards) and wearing flip-flops! This is certainly not what I was looking for when I made a reservation to take my girlfriend out for her birthday dinner. We will not be back.... It's too bad because the food and the service were both really great."

  • "I had been wanting to go to The Pink Door for years so when we finally went, I was worried it wouldn't live up to my expectations. Turns out I didn't need to worry. :) The decor, service and food were all amazing. I highy recommend the Cocchi-Belli cocktail and the scallops for dinner. My husband had the peppersteak and it was also great. We didn't have room for dessert but the dessert menu was very tempting. Also, we ate early-ish so didn't see any of the entertainment. However, trust me, you don't need the entertainment to make this restaurant worth a visit. We will definitely be back to The Pink Door next time we're in Seattle!"

  • "This restaurant is my new favorite place in Seattle. The food was amazing and the dining room was super romantic and beautifully lite by candlelight. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Great Italian food."

  • "My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. the service was fantastic and the food really good at a reasonable price. We were surprised that our server offered a lap blanket when the air got chilly. It was a first, and my wife was 'warmed' by the experience."

  • "My husband and I joined a local couple for dinner at the Pink Door. We were able to sit outside. The view of the water was wonderful. The food was out of this world. And the service was some of the best I've ever experienced. Run as fast as you can to eat there!"

  • "I have lived in the neighborhood for two years, and each time that I visit The Pink Door I'm reminded of how good it is—the presentation, the tastes, the ambiance, the prompt service. I need to come here more."

  • "Delicious food, great atmosphere, the portions are ridiculously small though considering how much they cost! Definitely recommend getting an appetizer or a side if you're hungry."

  • "My mother and I ate here on the evening of Saturday June 21st while visiting Seattle. I had heard great things about The Pink Door and was not disappointed. We were seated on the deck and were able to enjoy our meal al fresco since the weather was pleasant. My mother raved about her lasagna while I very much enjoyed my spring lemon risotto. Kudos to Terrance for the great service too!"

  • "The place is right by Pike Market Place. With great view of Lake Washington. Good seafood. A nice place for a romantic day or night. Need to make reservation and remember the address as it's hardly a sign of the restaurant. :)"

  • "Everything about this restaurant was great. We sat on the outdoor patio, where we had a wonderful view of the water and West Seattle. Our waitress was attentive, social and very helpful. The meal was delicious - will definitely recommend this to others. We will return next time we visit Seattle!"

  • "super pretty but just not a place id go again or really recommend. love the inside though, and it's awesome if you're looking for interesting, different, and expensive cuisine. I ordered spaghetti and honestly it was average."

  • "We had the usual very good meal at lunch. Nice ½ carafe for two, Mama's Meatball Panini and seafood pasta were good as ever. We're waiting until the bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes makes it reappearance this summer."

  • "We were very lucky to get last minute reservations at OpenTable when someone else canceled. We tried out their pastas this time and much like the other food I've had there, it was phenomenally good. They've also brought back their butterscotch pudding dessert that is incredibly good."

  • "Recommended by hotel concierge. Food was just ok and waitress had an attitude. Restaurant had a good vibe though and hostess was friendly."

  • "The reviews for this restaurant got me truly exceited to eat there. However, both my wife and I were disappointed in the meal. The outside deck was really cool and a nice view and it had a good vibe. However, the muscles were gross, the food was too spicy and the portions were small."

  • "I brought my wife with me on a business trip. This place nailed it on ambiances and view. It's first class. We only had two items and they were great. Scallops and rigatoni and meatballs. Oh, the seared calamari was very good."

  • "We were so thrilled to find this restaurant can substitute ALL sandwiches and pastas with a gluten-free option. As a sensitive person with celiac disease, it was heartwarming to be able to see my mother order an actual sandwich and enjoy it! It completely normalized our dining experience and not to mention that all 3 of our dishes were fantastic."

  • "Food was simple but good and very well cooked. The outside sitting on a sunny day made for a wonderful experience in the core of downtown."

  • "We were there for the first time to celebrate my birthday. The wait staff, Elyse, acknowledged me with genuine warmness. We were seated outside for an early dinner. The ambience outside was festive, casual and scenic As the evening was cool, we asked to be seated indoors, Elyse was quick to offer us blankets if we needed it. The food was delicious and good value for the money. The breaded razor clam appetizer, the squid ink pasta with mixed seafood and the braised lamb shank was scrumptious. The olive oil dip was especially flavorful with citrus hints. The indoor ambience looked romantic. Would love to return to experience the indoor dining and live music."

  • "Took my girlfriend here on a surprise date night. She was stunned my the exotic nature of the location and loved the atmosphere. We both loved our food and the waiter was more than helpful. I mentioned over the phone that the date was a surprise and the staff gave us a corner table with a romantic candle. Such a surprise! Would absolutely recommend to a friend. I'm already raving about it."

  • "This is one of my favorite little gems in Seattle. The food is outstanding, and the service is always wonderful. One of my particular favorites is the lasagna. I have no idea how they make that cheese so creamy. Don't miss out on this one."

  • "I have been coming here for years and each time, the service is amazing! This is the best Italian restaurant I have been to thus far, and they always have specials that can't be found anywhere else such as squid ink infused pasta. This is also the only Italian restaurant that I have been to that I am full, but don't have that bloated feeling afterwards. It's great going on a Sunday to have dinner and a show at no additional cost!"

  • "This place was great for an intimate dining experience. I was meeting my sister in Seattle for a sister weekend. However, her flight didn't get in until 8:15 pm. She arrived at our hotel at 9:45 pm and we were able to make it to our reservation at 10 pm. It was a nice late night dining experience for a Thursday night. The place very intimate. Would be great for couples but it was also good for the two of us to catch up. We didn't feel rushed as there were other couples and friends still dining. I felt there weren't very many places open in Pike Place but this one. The food was delicious and the dessert was a nice treat."
