The ONLY white table cloth restaurant near the huge Atlanta airport! It features updates of great Southern favorites. Their cheese grits and collards are updated sans the masses of grease once used in this region.
Nice wines complete the picture!
This little downtown is reminiscent of so many in the South with the train track and depot in the center of town. The setting will bring bak memories!

What a wonderful place to have my birthday dinner. The atmosphere, quiet and relaxed, was just right.This was not my first experience at The Pecan, but we enjoy it so much we continue to return especially for special occasions or just a "special night out". Our service was outstanding; our waiter was helpful and yet unobtrusive. He was helpful in helping us make a decision about the entrees;I had the lamp chops which were cooked as I requested and my husband had the fried lobster tails - - excellent. Our appetizers included the curry carrot ginger soup which was yummy! Thanks for a great meal! Sorry that we had no room for dessert!!!

I travel all over North America- seeking out fine dining and our beyond outstanding waiter CJ, coupled with phenomial food made this restaurant one of my top ten dining experiences in years. The waiter CJ was one of the most professional I've ever had the privlege of meeting. We had the bone in ribeye and blackend Tillapia & split a wedge salad, and pecan pie-all prepared perfectly. Five minutes from all the airport hotels- a 10.00 cab ride with tip- makes this a must- especially if you only have one night in Atlanta. Located in an rebounding area- the food and service will make me return. 3/29/12
