The PecanGood Food, but not well litThe food is delicious! Cozy, but not crowded. Staff is very nice. I've only had one server who was "less than personable." He added an 18% tip to my bill (two people). Since I'm usually a 20% type of guy, he cut himself short.
The only issue I have is that if you get a table in the rear, inside is much too dark. It is too dark to be romantic. Sure, the moon light that is cut into the roof is supposed to provide light is a nice touch and supposed to add to the ambience, but I'd rather be able to read my menu without an issue. As soon as we left the airport, we headed here to try the entrees we'd read so many wonderful reviews about. Fried catfish, Crab cakes, appetizer sampler, and biscuits were absolutely stellar. Our server was very friendly and our selections came out promptly during a high traffic time of the day (6PM).
