"The restaurant is worth trying, but not exceptional enougth to go back again. There are so many places in Richmond that are providing more exciting menus, with high quality foods, and lower prices. In a market like Richmond, you should have a high expectation for $30 plate.

The servers were polite, but seemed inexperienced. Nothing flashy on the menu, but well prepared. Salads were fresh with delicious homemade poppy seed dressing. Fried oysters were pretty good. The lamb entree was thoughtfully prepared.

The owners indulged themselves with the interior design of the restaurant. I believe more creativity went to that endeavor, than the menu."

"Another wonderful restaurant addition to The Fan. The burger sliders are a MUST, and the chicken parmesean and salmon were delicious. The decor is "interesting" but fun. I definitely want to come back and try their brunch."

"Try this place! It is one of the most attractive restaurants in Richmond and the food is as good as you will find anywhere in the city! I believe they have taken to heart the complaints about the small size of their offerings because the servings we received were more than ample and their prices were right in line with other fine-dining restaurants. The decore is wonderful, the service is impeccable and with outstanding food and reasonable prices it should be on your go-to list! I had the salmon which was prepared perfectly, my wife's lamb chops were delicious and we topped off the meal with a Kahlua chocolate mousse that was to-die-for!"

"There are only two "issues" neither will keep us from returning, but i feel that the for the price the position size is a bit small, 1 red potato cut in half was embrassing it should have been 2 and there should be more veggies (stop serving brussel sprouts) and the service all be it good seems a little disorgnized. Been in the business for years and the night we were there we had 3 servers greet us and tell us that they are our server. There needs to be a clearer communition there --- the food is taste and the desserts to die for."

"The food was wonderful, service just perfect and the ambiance was charming. The house salad was the best salad we have had in the 6 months we have lived in Richmond. The crab cakes were excellent and the salmon fresh and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were all the best. The portion size was just right. One of the best meals we have had in Richmond."

"The soup - Crab/Corn Chowder was like gold - extremely tasty - Entrees. My husb had lamb..I had Lime Chicken....AWESOME!! We split dessert which was a chocolate mousse that was to die for. Both the food and ambiance of the resaturant were perfect. I'll definitely return!!"

"Elegant interior design created a romantic, relaxed ambiance for our group of five. Waiters with brilliant peacock blue ties contrasted against their starched white shirts were attentive with impeccable good manners. Our dinners were excellent - I would recommend the salmon - and served in a timely manner. This is a unique spot in the Richmond scene and if I was looking for a romantic place to dine or just have cocktails, this would be my first choice!"
