The ParvaNice Mother's Day there...Never been before. Food selection was broad and well presented. Service was great and surprisingly kid-friendly - which all made for a very nice Mother's Day meal. We split several small plates, but somehow always end up with too much food! This visit was no exception: beef empanadas (must order), camarones al ajillo (shrimp in amazing cream sauce), ajiaco soup (good), and bistec a caballo (best chimichurri sauce)...we washed it all down with two of their fruit pulp mojitos. All we needed was a siesta afterward! The Parva has to be tasted to be appreciated...Latin fusion at its best! We will be back. I probably would not have known about this place otherwise. I'm so glad we tried it! We loved everything about it: the ambience, service and food. And the best mojitos I've had in a long time! It was also refreshing to find a great mix of Latin American food (Cuban, Colombian, Mexican and Peruvia). They offered a mix of different country cuisine. The waitress was excellent and very attentive. The owner stopped by and checked on us, so I give the staff very high marks.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AM
