The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Lite Fare & Cocktails | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended

It is a lovely experience. You feel like royalty. Attentive service, tasty, lovely presentation. We ordered the low price choice on the menu. It was lovely and exactly what you would expect for a tea service.

The service was wonderful. It made for a fun experience. The sandwiches could have been a little healthier on the Eloise tower. Too much sugar!!

This was a perfect high tea! The staff made it comfortable and easy to enjoy. (They were not snooty in any way.) Also, they were able to store our luggage during the meal.

Elvis, our waiter was absolutely amazing. Tea was lovely. Beautiful everything. Very happy with the gluten free option, although it would be even better if the gluten free wasn't also the vegetarian option. Would still definitely go again.

The tip was included for two people and our service was terrible. The waitress could care less if if she took our order or checked on our food or picked up our check. The food was underwhelming. They served three crackers with a charcuterie board. Charging $12 for additional crackers. The sliders were the size of quarters. My cocktail tasted terrible. I was expecting good service and good food at the Plaza hotel and was extremely disappointed in both. We did see other people receiving good service, so not sure if they distinguish between hotel guests and just people making reservations for dinner alone.
