The One Sushi +The room is very well done:The room is very well done: great lighting, great decor, great art work. The food was amazing.
You need to be prepared to wait, as the kitchen and the sushi chefs are not quick, but it is worth the wait.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food, presentation,Excellent food, presentation, atmosphere, etc. Among the best.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat new sushi spot!Great find on Scoutmob - service a bit slow to start but after apologies we were well taken care of. Hot sake was refreshing, hamachi starter delightful. Opaleye is a must try as sashimi, very mild fish for those weary of trying raw fish. Pandora crab roll very fresh and octopus and egg nigiri were very good quality. Finally lychee cheesecake/sorbet were a perfect finish to the meal. It is an upbeat restaurant in a tight space but the Taiwanese chefs know what they are doing. Not a traditional sushi joint but flavors melded well together and did not overpower the wonderful quality of fish, many flown in from Japan and other notable areas of the world for fish. Will return!4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMI consider myself a sushiI consider myself a sushi snob so I'm always a little skeptical about a new sushi restaurant. I'm happy to say that the fish was fresh,, perfect temperature, and delicious. No rolls for me, all Nigiri. We will definitely be back to the one sushi.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Sushi and Food, but PriceySushi was very good and fresh which is the most important. The spicy tuna on ice was a unique and tasty dish. The Korean BBQ spare ribs was also delicious. I requested them to be made spicy which was perfect to counterbalance the slight sweetness. The Picante roll was our favorite roll. The Scorpion was also pretty good. Overall the food was very good, but just more expensive than it should be. Goldfish is just as good and less expensive overall.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything I ordered was amazing!Everything I ordered was amazing! The staff are friendly and well trained.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AM
