  • "Excellent choice for our anniversary dinner. Loved the atmosphere. Great southern hospitality. Wish we had made reservation a little earlier as they were out my 1st choice menu item...but my 2nd choice was delicious! Beautiful old house, great food, friendly staff. Definitely a do over!"

  • "I heard great things about the Olde Pink House but I am also a food snob so had reservations. The level of service and food far exceeded my expectations. Would love to go back and recommend to anyone!"

  • "Food was incredible as always, but I did find the service was a bit annoying after the first couple of visits to our table. It was almost like they were trying way too hard. They were all kind, but I think they might could back off just a little bit."

  • "A wonderful example of what Savannah has to offer. Food and service was outstanding. Reasonably priced with a menue to fit all taste buds. We will return here to try more of what they have to offer. Make due you make a reservation as this restaurant is very busy"

  • "This old south restaurant is a must visit on any trip to Savannah. Food was exceptional & every member of the staff was very knowledgable of the menu & history of the house."

  • "Not sure which was best, the staff, food or atmosphere. The staff made you feel like you were the only people there. The food was some of the best we've had in the area. The atmosphere was terrific and the staff gave you the history on the building which made it even nicer. Can't wait to go back."

  • "We eat out a lot and know quality food, service and value. We chose the Olde Pink House because of it being the oldest colonial mansion in the US and varied menu. The food was what you'd expect from a five star restaurant in a larger city but served by friendly knowledgeable staff (Kristen was our waitress and she was fabulous) and maintained that Southern flavor you'd expect in Savannah. We had the fried green tomato salad, pot pie, a red snapper dish in a caviar and cauliflower purée and for dessert the praline and almond basket and peach cobbler. We liked this place so much, we changed our dinner plans to return another night during our stay. Oh, we had all of this for $108. Who says you can't have it all. Don't miss The Olde Pink House."

  • "Unfortunately, for our 54th Wedding Anniversary we were seated on the second floor right next to a door going outside to outdoor dining. Opening and shutting that door was noisy and the traffic in and out by waiters was so distracting! As usual, the food was excellent, but my wife and I agreed that eating was like being a hospital patient with nurses, etc., constantly in and out disturbing sleep. We were constantly bombarded by the waiter and others with, "How is the food???" For goodness sake, serve us the food and then leave us alone to eat without constantly having to answer questions!!!"

  • "Best restaurant that I have eaten at during our USA trip. All dishes was amazing and well composed. But the major positive was our waiter who told us about the history of the building and Savannah in general. He presenter each dish and explained what made them typical for the region. This was hands down the best service I have ever experienced."

  • "The moment you walk in you will feel welcome. The wait staff are fantastic and the meal was perfect. I highly recommend the shrimp and fried grit cakes as a starter. They were a treat of crunchy goodness and creamy sauce."

  • "First time at the restaurant..I would definitely go again! Had the green tomato appetizer which was so interesting and delicious! And for the entrée enjoyed the onion and sweet potato ravioli. Which had to be one of the most wonderful dishes I have ever had! The flavors were amazing! The service was excellent. If we return to Savannah.. would try and make the restaurant part of our visit!"

  • "Picked Olde Pink House for obvious reasons, but were disappointed. The place is truly beautiful. Wonderful ambience! But the service is serious overkill, SO overly attentive, the continued over-friendliness (which does not feel genuine) soon becomes overbearing and obnoxious! For the price in proportion to the quality of food, Olde Pink House tries to be something it's not. Possibly the worst meal we have ever had anywhere! Bread (blah), App: Fried Oysters (not fresh)taste like the frozen food aisle. Crab Soup: bland & pasty. Ravioli: lovely presentation, no developed flavor, sweet potato wrapped in dough, tasteless sauce. Pork Tenderloin: very small portion meat, very LARGE sweet potato, bitter collards. We chose to skip dessert."

  • "Brought relatives from out of town. They thoroughly enjoyed the meal. However, we were disappointed with the wine that was recommended by the server. We asked for the sweetest of the Rieslings and the one that the server told us was the sweetest of the 3 on the menu was NOT sweet. I was totally disappointed with this wine. I am dining at the restaurant this evening for an anniversary celebration and will be very careful when selecting another wine!!"

  • "We arrived early so that we could hang out in the bar downstairs, it is really a warm and welcoming place. Our table was ready right on time, service was prompt, but not rushed and the food was wonderful. After dinner we went back to the bar and enjoyed the nights entertainment. A fantastic place for a 45th wedding anniversary. Thanks for the evening"

  • "We celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Olde Pink House. The food was good, but not great. The portions were very large so with a app/salad we couldn't finish all the food presented. They gave us a special dessert with a happy anniversary message. The waitress was excellent - good time, very helpful, and attentive. The dining room was a little dark"

  • "I was so looking forward to olde pink house and I was so disappointed, ordered the crab cake for app it was ok, got the scallops by waiters recommendation and although they were cooked perfectly the sauce was very bland, the potatoes were not what we ordered and the veggie didn't have any flavor at all! For as expensive as this was it was not worth it at all! And the waiter did not bring us bread we had to ask a big faux pa where I come from at a 5 star restaurant, we will not be returning:("

  • "I hadn't visited or dined at The Olde Pink House Restaurant in approximately 15yrs. I was living in Europe most of that time which made it difficult. The staff was very eager to welcome me back though. The food and staff are excellent. The wine selection, if you like wines, and I do, was great. I also perused the beers available and they had quite the selection of those as well. We went for date night. I highly recommend it for special occasions and not just a pop in dinner. There was a little bit of sticker shock for us so I wouldn't recommend it for everyday or even weekly dining. Surprisingly we were full when we left for the evening. The "old world" ambiance is what makes this place even more special."

  • "My husband and I decided to dine here as we visited Savannah for our fifth anniversary. The restaurant is gorgeous and we enjoyed the ambiance. The food was excellent. It was a perfect place for our special occasion!"

  • "Excellent food, service and entertainment. Probably Savannah's best. The table was ready when we arrived. We requested a window or fireplace setting and received both. The waitress and supervisor were friendly and cheerful. The roving songstress helped us celebrate two wedding anniversaries that totaled 116 years. She is always a hit with us. The complimentary desert was appreciated and delicious."

  • "My wife and I, along with a couple that we have known for more than 35 years visited Savannah for an anniversary weekend. We have been married for "44" wonderful years, and wanted to visit somewhere romantic. We all agreed on Savannah! I had done my research on the top restaurants in Savannah, and The Olde Pink House kept ranking in the top three restaurants for elegant dining. After dining sufficiently, along with a great selection of wine, and dessert, we were not disappointed. The food was scrumptious, the ambience was perfect, our wait staff was awesome, and we were treated with serenades from the dining room singer, and Diana Rogers, singer/pianist in the bar area. We highly recommend this restaurant!!!"

  • "We went to celebrate our 22nd anniversary, and were very disappointed. We were seated in an ugly attic space after being paraded by many lovely rooms. Our server was only interested in turning the table over to get another tip that evening. The She Crab Soup was the worst I have ever eaten. It was congealed, had no roe in it, and I am sure they used the old trick of a chicken egg to mask that fact. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard. The grouper was fresh, however. They sent a singer to our table who seemed pleasant at first, but then stated, "I have nothing more to say to you," and walked to another table to sing for them. She did not sing for us. Savannah has serious problems if this is their best. Be wise and dine elsewhere."

  • "LOVELY dinner...We had out of town guest and it was truly 'a taste of Savannah". The BLT Salad and the sweet potates with vinalla pecan butter were our favorites. All our food was prepared to perfection. could not have asked for better service and the lady that sang by our table was a geat touch of southern hospitality.... this was just an awesome experience."

  • "Our family was visiting Savannah for the first time and stumbled up on the Olde Pink House on Open Table. It was an interesting and charming place to dine. The historic mansion is offers several different rooms and experiences. The food was excellent, but the staff and service put it over the top. We all loved our visit to this restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area who wants to enjoy a special experience. Each room in the old mansion offered a unique dining experience and special kind of charm. It was fantastic. I think it would be a lovely place for a romantic dinner, but also generously accommodated families."

  • "Great atmosphere, host greeted with a smile, a lady dressed up like a southern belle walked around greeting tables and sang moonriver, waiter told a history of the house and we were told we could walk around and explore. Food was great! I had pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese, the pork melted in my mouth!!! My husband had salmon with collards and horseradish potatoes, he loves it. My son (who is 4) has grilled chicken and grits, which he are up. There was only one other family with children there, but we really wanted to go so we had our child act on his best behavior, to not interrupt others. I have it four stars because the waiter didn't tell us they had kids food till we were ordering."

  • "Service was fantastic, from the greeting at the door, throughout the meal and as we departed. The appetizer was graciously divided onto two plates. Each food item was meticulously prepared and plated. It looked as appetizing as it tasted. Prices are a little above average but the service, food and ambiance make it worthy. We would visit again when in the area."

  • "A MUST to see and eat at when in Savannah. Wish I had known about the "vault" dining prior to this as it would have been great to eat at this private area."

  • "Food and service were amazing. Great selection of wines to compliment a great menu with many options. Pricey, but definitely worth it! I would recommend making a reservation."

  • "I had heard the Olde Pink House was a must while visiting Savannah, I am so glad we were able to get reservations. The former home is beautiful with its crystal chandeliers and wooden floors. The tables are spaced far enough apart that you can hold private conversations. I can't say enough about how great the service and food were. I will definitely return here when I go back to Savannah!"
