  • "Came in with expectations that were too high. We were sat in the ballroom and it was too noisy to be enjoyable. The waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our salad, but the rest of the food paled in comparison to other restaurants we visited on our vacation in the area. I don't feel this was worth the price."

  • "My daughter and I dined at The Pink House for. Easter. I made reservations because I thought it would be a busy day and it was. We were seated when we arrived by a lovely SCAD student! who was very friendly. Our waiter was wonderful along with all of the wait staff in our area. We split the BLT salad, which was to die for....best bacon I have ever eaten. I has the fried pork chop and my daughter had pasta, and both dishes were devious, we had left overs to take home. I would recommend the Pink House to anyone, visitors or locals. Excellent Meal!"

Greens .... best I can recall.....cheesy grits...perfect...deep fried Lobster Tails..... Incredible and thtere was two very nice size tails... sweet with that perfect texture!"

  • "The food was very good and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The atmosphere was everything I expected and more. My husband said his burger was one of the best he had ever eaten. I absolutely enjoyed every bite of my SheCrab soup. The cheese bread sticks were a big hit with us. We are so glad we decided to try this place out while visiting Savannah. Is a must while there."

  • "We were amazed by the size of the restaurant. It can seat 480 persons. Yet it consists of many small self contained dining rooms. The food was fit for a king and queen. The service by the staff was excellent. We enjoyed it thoroughly and look forward to returning to Savannah ad to The Olde Pink House."

  • "We visited on Easter Sunday and loved the perfectly prepared meal. I had the almond crusted chicken with collards and sweet potatoes. My wife had a filet with asparagus. The service was on point. Try to make your reservations early and be seated in the original older part of the building."

  • "This was our first experience at the Pink House and we were very impressed. We were given a very nice corner table near the fireplace which was perfect. I will say the food was creative and the menu options were extensive. They did have quite a few items unavailable however offered substitutions for each one. Our food service was great, but it did take a little longer then usual to receive our beverages. (Our appetizers were to the table before the wine) Coming from a food and beverage background we do have more understanding for situations such as this. Overall, the experience was nice and we will return and recommend to others."

  • "My husband and I went to the Olde Pink House for my birthday in mid April. We sat in the Master Bedroom, and it was very nice. Our waitress, Devon, was wonderful, our glasses were never empty and she was quick to respond to our requests. She was also knowledgeable about the menu and answering our questions. The food was very delicious, one of the best meals we had while staying in Savannah. This is a very popular spot in the city, so my suggestion for people who like a quieter dinner, is to get an earlier seating and request a smaller room. We had absolutely no problems with our food, service, ambience and experience, it was just OUTSTANDING . We thank you for your attention to detail and making our night wonderful. "

  • "My boyfriend and I were visiting Savannah for the weekend and The Olde Pink House was one of the first places we stopped at. Our server, Happy, was extremely informative of the dinner choices and so friendly. He made us feel so special. The food was amazing and the bar downstairs was a great scene with delicious drinks. Overall, this was one our favorite restaurant and we will be coming back a second time!"

  • "I have to say I have never been to any business and been so impressed by the customer service provided by each and every employee. From the doorman, to the host, to our waiter and the manager...a true expression of fine service for a wonderful experience. I ordered a dish that I did not like (soft shell crab) and they brought me another entree at no charge! Everyone was truly kind and considerate. I wish all customer service was like this. The world would be a happier place!"

  • "The Olde Pink House is a staple in tourist/dining for Savannah. The food we found out can be hit or miss. I had the swordfish sandwich for lunch . Fishy tasting even through the blackening and sliced far too thin. My friend had the signature flounder and ended up pulling bones out of his mouth most of lunch. It was burned on one side and a gooey apricot glaze mess on the other. The filet job was disastrous. I can see Chef Ramsay 'oh dear, just get out' the only star entree was the fried chicken with the Mac and cheese. Not overpowering, some crispness on top and the chicken was done like mom so Paula Deen and Mrs Wilkes have competition for the fried chicken. My wife had the salad which she said was fine. The service was impeccable!"

We ordered a platter appetizer and the BLT salad and were planning to split the appetizer amongst 4 people and were told we could split the salad two ways. For $28, we expected the platter to be a decent size; however, it was not. The salad split two ways was a joke. Luckily, the food was good, but we did not feel like we were getting our money's worth. The entrees were the saving grace because they were not only delicious but a very generous portion and very reasonably priced for the setting! The bar and dining experience were great and service was spot on. It reminded us of a Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, FL experience. We would definitely recommended and go back again. "

The staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job of making it a fine dining experience for us. I didn't see people who were under-dressed or snapping photos (a complaint from reviews). The house is lovely, the food was good, and we had a great dinner. I'd recommend this restaurant."

  • "A bad day; on a Thursday evening no less. Have dined there before years ago; also recommended by friends to go again. The problem? OPH has decided to expand to new space and market to events. The sad result for regular diners and no-fault staff: they ran out early of famed flounder dish, lobster, and grouper. Hope the 100 at the event dinner enjoyed them. Another problem? They serve walk-ins in two bars, assuring there is no place for reservations diners to wait comfortably. Hope their bar business made out well in the chaos."

The host entertained us while our table was getting ready. The Olde Pink House is a place to have a great evening out. The only con is the menu is a little pricey but very well worth it. "

  • "This restaurant was one of the best we have been to and we are from NYC where fine dining is common. Our waitress Maria was outstanding and patiently described each dish and answered all of our questions. She was knowledgeable about the history of the house and encouraged us to walk around and explore the house after dinner. The scenery was exquisite and the food was phenomenal. We were lucky enough to get a table in the vault room/wine cellar. It was very romantic with beautiful candle lighting. This restaurant is a must see in savannah!!"

The temperature of my food was barely warm. One dish was sent back as it was inedible. Prices were very expensive for the quality of the food. "

  • "This was my second time having dinner here, and it did not disappoint. The first time, I had dinner in the Tavern in the lowest level, and this time, it was in the Master bedroom. The service was impeccable, with the exception of my having reservations and still having to wait at the bar, and coming back after 15 minutes to see if my table was ready. It was so busy I doubted they could have come back to find me if I hadn't returned on my own. Dinner was exceptional, didn't care for their mashed potatoes, but everything else, the Jumbo scallops, lobster, appetizers were phenomenal. The wine list could have been better, at least the white wine selection. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely come back."

  • "I was soooo skeptical about going here too eat because of the tourist factor, but i was traveling with two teenagers and wanted them to see the house and hey, we were tourists! Very pleasantly surprised at the great food, wait staff,and ambiance. The place is HUGE, many different themed rooms and 2 bar areas, but yet they managed to put together really good meals from ONE kitchen. I will definitely go back next time I am in Savannah."

  • "The restaurant is in an old Savannah house that was built in the early 1800's. It is believed to be haunted. The wine list is extensive and the food is very good, but pricey. The two fish dinners, one was the flounder and the other was a replacement for the grouper I ordered from the menu - they didn't have grouper that day. Our waitress, although friendly, never mentioned that the grouper in the recipe had been replaced with red fish - I overheard another waiter telling his table after I had placed my order for grouper. The desserts were amazing - best part of the meal! I do feel that you can get as good a meal for less money at other Savannah restaurants."

  • "We followed waiter Stan's recommendations. Shrimp and grits appetizer, fried green tomatoes with applewood bacon salad, and crispy scored flounder with apricot sauce. By far, the best meal we had during our stay in Savannah. Portions were generous but not outrageous. Still had no room for dessert because we cleaned our plates."
