  • "I had 2 small children with me (this was a birthday lunch for my 5 year old). It was cute for a girly lunch but not the greatest for small children. The food was overpriced for what you got and it seemed like it took forever for our waitress to come back and see if we needed anything and I finally had to flag her down for our bill since my 3 year old was getting restless. It wasn't busy at all so I'm not sure why the service wasn't that good but it was a cute experience for a 5 year old girl. I wouldn't return there in a regular basis but maybe for a special occasion."

  • "My girlfriend who is from Ireland wanted to go to a tea house that knew how to server tea. When we got there, it was quiet & very quaint. We ordered Irish tea and scones for two. She had mentioned the tea was a little weak but we waited for it to steap, but she wondered where the cozy was as the tea began to slowly cool down. the scones came out in the shape of a piece of pie; she had mentioned that is odd, but they were good. We never received our milk until I asked for it. So she had plain black Irish tea with sugar and I plane tea both cold and bland. I have an English lady friend of mine maybe I will suggest the place to her even though I have known her since I was a child."

  • "Tea room was ok....our table seemed to be placed in a tight position near bathroom entrance area; lots of traffic going by our table; restaurant was not that busy and we were placed in same room with a very, very large party and that made it very difficult to have a quiet dialogue with friend at lunch;I think we should have been seated in another room as other rooms appeared empty; waitress was very attentive; food was average, typical tea room food. Some items seemed a bit pricey for lunch. Restaurant was VERY cold - take a sweater for sure!!! Like atmosphere in Wake Forest and would return for lunch."
