From the Bar to the restaurant...the food and drinks could not have been better and the service was superb! We went to many nice restaurants while in Santa Fe and Old House ranked as my favorite! The wedge salad was the best ever and the shrimp was fabulous...fresh, very large and plump, and had the best flavor. Aged steaks and unique sides--Hatch Chile Mac and Cheese--assure that we will go back again to try other entrees. The service was five star, where everything is taken care of by invisible (but competent and friendly) staff. The main dining room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The restaurant is housed within a fine downtown hotel, but with free valet parking it's easy to access. The Old House provides an all around great dining experience. We can't say enough about how consistently good they execute dinner service and I am always satisfied at the end of the meal.
