I had family visiting from out of town. We were all impressed with the service, friendliness and tentativeness of the staff at the Ojai Inn. This place is amazing. Beautiful we will be returning.

Can't beat the view, but the service is not 5-star. The wait staff take your order then never return to inquire about the food or see if you need anything else. They only return to drop off the check. As the Ojai Valley Inn property has expanded significantly over the years, the attention to detail and the focus on the guest experience has dissipated.

We went on Mothers Dsy so expected it to be crowded and busy and it was. Our waiter was extremely busy so service was a bit slow but we understood. Our dinner was delicious and the ambiance was lovely.
