We have never had a bad meal or service. The only negative part of the experience was that towards the end of our meal, our server seemed to be in a rush to get us to leave. She cleared away our fondue pot and sauces when we were still eating (everything had been cooked already, but it still made the experience seem rushed)! The ambiance is great, the service is great, and the food is yummy.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Birthday celebration!I took my son there for his 13th birthday, the staff was great, as we got there they gave him a birthday card that was signed by all the staff. The food was excellant and we both had a wonderful time.
Our waitress took the time to answer any questions that my son had. Will definitely return.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMNew Fondue!I love going to The Melting Pot. My girlfriend'snand I had a great night out. Some shared a bottle or Reisling while 2 of us enjoyed a smores, pomagranite and Ying Yang martinis. Delcious!! We ordered the Spinach Artichoke cheese fondue new to all of us. The robust flavors were incredible! Now that you can mix & match some of us did the Ladies Night Out menu while others did their own thing. Meats, seafood and veggies were delicious. We ordered the Turtle chocolate fondue. Again, another flavor we hadn't tried before. They put whole peanuts on the top of the milk chocolate, put a shot of liquor on top of that, then set it on fire for a few seconds. Many times the hostest came over to clear our table or get us water because she saw we were sitting and waiting. Delicious food made up for it. The food was amazing and a good price. As a matter of fact, we are usually planning our next visit before it's time to pay. Wonderful food and great service. We had the best time, although the lobster tail that was used as a presentation under the lobster tail meat was a little too smelly for us and we had to move the plate away. We've been celebrating with them for over 5 years and have not been disappointed with the flavors or quality of food. This time, however, our cheese fondue seemed extremely small. We were at a table for four with two burners, and we ran out of cheese long before we ran out of bread, veggies, apples, etc. The chocolate was fabulous and was the correct size. The service is fantastic and the wait staff is wonderful and friendly.
