  • "Our son took us out as a Christmas present in July. He is in the AF so we hadn't seen him over the holidays last year. It was his first time and we had a great time. The server was very knowledgeable and the food was excellent. We will go back for sure. They even gave my son a military discount. Nice surprise!"

  • "I made reservations, and my party was sat right away which was great. However, it took my party of four over three hours to eat here. I understand it takes a long time to actually cook your own food, but we waited a very long time between each course. Our server kept "disappearing". It took thirty minutes every time someone ordered something from the bar. The food was good as normal, but we did a lot of waiting before we even got our first course. We may not come here again because of how long the entire experience took."

  • "Booked reservations and they seated us right away, manager payed for our corking fee that equals bonus points, fast service with a patient and congenial server, food was well worth it,freshest and by far thee most delectable food we ever partook in,you owe it to yourself to go there at least once in your lifetime."

  • "Melting Pot is a great place for a romantic dinner for two. I highly recommend if you want a nice quiet dinner for two ask to be seated in the back row that has private booths."

  • "Had lots of issues with our not so boiling oil Food was good when we could cool it right Next time I won't get the oil they did give my wife flowers for our 10 th anniversary so they did try to make it right"

  • "We have been eating at this restaurant for many years back when they were in Chestnut Hill. Found the broccoli and celery to be not so fresh for our cheese fondue. First time we had this issue. They made a couple changes to the menu. They added zucchini instead of potatoes during main course. I really liked the potatoes but I understand they want to make changes. For the dessert they took away the cheesecake. I think this is a mistake. I always enjoyed that to dip in the chocolate. They brought back the wine flights which we love. I think they should survey their fondue club members to see what changes they would like to see. We will return as they always remember us when we come in."

  • "Perfect dinner for our birthday celebration. Server was a little slow with not too many tables to handle. Not typical for this location so maybe it was just something that night."

  • "We have never been to the melting pot had heard mixed reviews about it and all I can say is our family LOVED it. Angelica was our server and she was Fabulous -great table side manners brought refills over for the girls without being ask... Made our meal go smoothly and also made the whole dinner pleasant. She explained everything without an issue or looking bored about it. She helped us make decisions when we were unsure - Have to say Angelica is one of the best servers I have had. When I go again I will ask for her if I can.... Very happy with this decision to go to the melting pot. I do believe this might be the one time not one of my family has said to me you can make this better at home- WOW now that is amazing for my family!"

  • "We always enjoy our Melting Pot experience and like to go for special occasions. Food was great as usual. The only disappointment was that they put us at a broken table when there were many others open."

  • "This is our special place to go for all special occasions. The food is delicious, the service is incredible and my wife and kids enjoy it. We were celebrating my daughter's last day of school and Ashley our waitress did everything to make it special."

  • "There were 6 of us, my husband and I, my daughter (who had just turned 25), her boyfriend and his parents. We began a tad uncomfortable having never been there before, but our server was reassuring and sweet and friendly. We quickly got the hang of it and we had a blast. We were laughing and I felt like a kid playing with my food. What a good time!! I think each of us had a great time. I got "the Classic" to eat, which had a sampling of shrimp, barbeque beef, crusted beef and terriaki marinated beef, and chicken. The food was out of this world delicious and we left feeling full and happy. The cost was insanely expensive, but for a maybe once a year thing, it's worth it."

  • "We dine at The Melting Pot for special occasions and this time was exceptional! Our waitress, Nicolette, was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! She could not have been any more wonderful. The meal was outstanding from cheese fondue, to salad, to main entree and finally, to our delicious chocolate fondue! We plan on returning in July...and we are already looking forward to that visit!"

  • "For 240 dollars for 5 people with two bei NH children this was the most expensive dinner and not worth a dollar over 100. The waiter was less than explanatory of the process. It was my daughter's birthday and the waiter continued to wish everyone else a happy birthday whick confirmed his listeniby skills and lack of caring. A couple right next to us were celebrating their birthday and their waitress took the time to write out "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce. We got a candle in a rice crispy treat.... will never go back.. if I want boiled meat I can produce the same at home for about 20 dollars.. if your waiter is anot Asian man, ask for another table and hopefully your service will be better than our experience."

  • "As usual, The Melting Pot was spectacular! Our server was attentive and sweet. The food tasted so good and fresh from start to finish. I accidentally dropped one of my daughter's shrimp on the floor and our server brought her out three new ones!"

  • "Our experience at The Melting Pot was wonderful. The cheese fondue was excellent, salad tasty, main course was fun and exciting...the best was the dessert!!!! All the rich chocolate and all the things to dip in it!!!!!"

  • "Basically expensive boiled meat for dinner. The chocolate fondue was excellent. Only go for desert."

  • "Celebrated a birthday at melting pot last week and had a great time. We had the Memorial Day special and it was awesome! We were skeptical about not being able to choose exactly what meats we had but we were all glad we chose it. Dinner was delicious, but dessert was obviously the best part. Our waitress was wonderful too, and super helpful explaining the menu. The only complaint I could even have is that sometimes she wasn't around enough, but it's understandable on a busy Friday night and other servers were happy to help refilling drinks & what not. Overall a lovely celebration!"

  • "If you are looking for a fun 1st date, great place. My kids love this place because they get to "cook" their food. However, the food is therefor cooked by you. When I go out to an expensive meal, I am ok with it knowing that some guy is in the kitchen with extensive training slaving away - and a portion of my check pays his salary. There is no cooking, only "pre-chopping", and a bunch of sauces. Its fun, I'll give you that, but its not fine dining. If you don't get out much, and have little to no palate, this would be a exciting night out. If your looking for amazing food, where you wonder "how did they do that?" and don't mind paying for it... melting pot is not a place to dump $$$. And the check adds up fast to cook your own stuff."

  • "Went to The Melting Pot for my birthday. We had a great time there were kids in the room we were in, at 2 different birthday parties so it was noisy. Our waitress was fantastic, helpful and friendly. The food was great. I wish there was more cheese and chocolate for the four of us. We had to share one pot. That said I would still reccomend The Melting Pot for a romantic night out or a birthday celebration. Be prepared to spend a good amount of money fro the meal."

  • "Love this place for a nice night out. They are also very generous by giving me gift certificates for my fundraiser against cancer. They have been a supporter for 4, maybe 5, years now. Thank you to a great place with great food."

  • "I had a lot of fun at the melting pot. I loved the interactivity of cooking the food ourselves and it was easy to do. I was less impressed by the food than expected considering the price, but everything was still delicious. We did the four course deal, consisting of salad, cheese with dippers, broth and entrees, and dessert. It was a little difficult to understanding the process for our first time there, but the server was very courteous and personable and easy to understand. It was celebration for a college graduation so it was okay that it was pricey, but it certainly WAS pricey....wow! The kind of place I would only go back to just to get dessert and drinks. Totally worth it though. It was quite dark, my mom used her phone to read menu."

  • "This place needs sound dampening work done to it. You spend a lot of time here, usually for a special occasion, and it's annoying to have to raise your voice to talk to your fellow diners. They also need to curb the children. This is NOT a good place for small children, and if people are dumb enough to bring them, they shouldn't be allowed to spend the 2-3 hours they are there running around, swinging/throwing toys, and screeching and screaming. When one pays this kind of money, one expects a better experience."

  • "My daughter wanted us to come for Mother's Day, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The Prixe fix menu was a very good value."

  • "When you want a reputable restaurant with great food, relaxing atmosphere and plenty of time to chat with friends and family, this is the perfect place for that special occasion. The timing between the courses allows everyone to enjoy each others company all of the wonderful flavors in each course. The separation of tables is just enough to muffle other conversations around you but still know everyone is having a great dining experience. Pricing is a bit higher than expected, although you probably will not go home hungry. "

  • "This was our first time at The Melting Pot Warrington, PA and it will be our last. We had reservations for 8:15p - got seated by 8:30p, so that was good, however, by 10:45p the only food we had received was the cheese fondue and the salad. Waitress came back one time to refill our drinks - manager was trying to accommodate, but after almost 2 1/2 hours of sitting and only having bread and salad, his efforts were unnoticed. At 10:15p he checked on our entree's and told us they were working on them and it would be only a few more minutes (why so long? its raw food??) - however, by 10:45p we still did not have them. Needless to say, we did not taste the entrée."

  • "Great experience. Service was excellent. Only complaint was that even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for a table when there were many open tables. "

  • "I have been looking forward to coming to the Melting Pot for a very long time strictly due to the concept of the fondue. I was clear that this was my first time. Or is overwhelming enough but then to not have someone explain made this very expensive experience one I will never go back to. I have never spent almost $300 to have such an awful night. To wait all that time to eat your food with only 2 pots for a party of 6 was unacceptable then I did not know which dips to dip my food in so when I tried a dip and it was not good that was the ends of my meal ayer several attempts. I do not eat at restaurants like Fridays ect. I experience fine dining when I go out do to my culinary talent. "

  • "The prices at the Melting Pot are expensive considering you are cooking your own food. Ambiance is great, staff are friendly, and overall food is delicious, but nothing spectacular. I would recommend going there for dessert, but that's about it. "

  • "First time I'd ever been to a Melting Pot. The ambiance was fun. Our server, Eddie, explained everything and was there when we needed him without being intrusive. He was very friendly and a great server! The manager, Paul, even came to check on us and was very nice. Dessert was, of course, the best part of the meal. Very hard to decide on what chocolate fondue to get. The cheese fondue was my second favorite. It was very good. Dinner course was good, but just didnt rate high for me. All courses had appropriate accompaniments such as fruits, vegetables, breads, and sweets. It would be fun for a first date as it is fun as you figure out how to cook your meats and can fill silences."
