I kinda like how it made a whole evening. We did the 4 course meal and it took us about 3 hours. The only thing is that our last trip there, our waitress wasn't very good. She disappeared for literally an hour at a time! It was crazy. The server really took customer service to another level when she had read the notes I placed on my reservation comments and new that my wife and I had not been out in a while because we had a 4 yr old, her name was Jennifer, awesome job keep up the great work. The only downer was when we arrived they where ready to seat us and when I mentioned that I had a reservation they checked and said "Oh yes you do you will have to wait and it will be more around 7pm" mind you it was 6:30 and I was going to get seated before I said anything. In fact I don't see us going back at all. The atmosphere was fantastic, but the waiter lacked the service skills needed to properly take care of diners. Every time we come, we are astounded by the atmosphere. Everyone is polite, and ready to help/serve. The courses come out at perfect times. Not so quick, that you are trying to keep up, and at the same time, not when such time in between, that you are having to wait for the next course. My wife and I always recommend your restaurant. We will, definitely, be returning.
