"The tuna was suprisingly not as good as it usually is- a little fishy. Everything else was great. We had an amazing server that read us well. Knew we were engrossed in conversation and contributed at just the right moments with perfect comment. He had great timing as well! Just a delightful, refreshing experience."

"Unfortunately, we were seated in a room that had a large table of teenagers, in addition to
a separate group that also included several teens. They were
extremely loud, to the point that it was difficult
to hear the conversation at our own table. Once they left, we were
more able to enjoy the great service.

In addition, the portion sizes were smaller than on
previous visits. I don't know if this is an attempt to
cut costs or just the particular staff that night, but there
Weren't even enough potatoes for each person to
even have one! Our server did correct the problem,
however."

"Probably the most disappointing Melting Pot evenings ever! I have dined in the Midtown and Kennesaw and the service at both sites far exceeds this one. It could just be the server, who was a bit on the rude side, but I am not sure I am willing to spend another $75 to chance getting another rude server."

"I took my wIfe here for a unique dining experience. The server was very helpful and patient with us, especially since we had never dined here before. We had a four course meal, which was outstanding! The meal took about 2.5 hours to complete, but the experience was awesome. I would recommend for people trying to have an intimate dinner, it was very romantic from my perspective."
