Diner Reviews
  • "The food was very good however it took 4 hours to get through our dinner. We had a very hard time understanding everything you offer on your menu to place our order. Too many choices and way too confusing to understand what went with what. We ordered drinks and were told that the bar was backed up so we did not receive our drinks for quite awhile and had to ask our waiter many times where our drinks were. We placed our food order and had to wait quite awhile for the food. I and our group will most likely not return and will not give this restaurant a high recommendation to others. The manager was very nice and we enjoyed his sense of humor."

  • "My wife was in Nashville on business and we made a reservation. We had seen a tv show that featured The Melting Pot so we were super excited to try it. It was our best dining experience of the 3 days we were in Nashville. This is a must try!"

  • "First, a small inconvenience of not finding our open table reservation booked on the same day (they claim they only see open table reservations made 24 hours in advance), they were able to accommodate us, so beware.... It's a nice restaurant to bring someone on a date. Good service. Slightly expensive, but fun to cook your own meal... I would absolutely come back in a special occasion."

  • "After dinner at another location, my wife and I visited the Nashville, TN Metlting Pot for dessert to cap off a night of celebrating my 33rd bday. What we hoped for certainly is not what we got. The romantic time to sit and talk while indulging in quality food dipped in a slowly melted fondue was more like sardines crammed into a damp dungeon with a pot of already melted chocolate thown on a dirty oven burner with a plate of food that my 5 year old boys would turn there nose at. I wouldn't give $2 a head for lthe ess than average service, poor ambience, poor food quality, and the presentation was so poor I have nothing to compare it to. We were in and out in about 20 minutes b/c the experience was SO BAD!"

  • "Love this place! Always fun and so tasty. Servers are always great. Always something to pick from no matter what we feel like having - seafood, beef, chicken, veggies and let's not forget the Cheese and the Chocolate!"

  • "way too pricey and the restaurant will attempt to overcharge. Please please please pay attention to your bill."

  • "We always get great service and fantastic food. With wine and drinks it was $140 for two of us. Worth every penny."

  • "Food was very bland. Service was slow despite restaurant being fairly empty. Price is up there with expensive restaurant despite the fact that the food is just bland and very run of the mill. They charge per person for a pot of fondue appetizer. basically paid $32 for a pot of "velveeta". Entrees - had teriyaki steak, filet, chicken and shrimp. paid extra for Coq au vin to "add flavor". Tasted like boiled meat. Dessert was OK. I would not go again. For the money there are much better restaurants in Nashville."

  • "Our first time to the Melting Pot. Our server Stephen took his time and explained the menu. My wife chose the 4 Course and I chose the individual choices. From the beginning to the end the experience was great. I would tell others who want to try a different dining choice Melting Pot will be place I will recommend."

  • "We've celebrated special occasions at Melting Pot restaurants throughout the country. Although the staff here tried their best to make our evening pleasant, the proximity of our booth to others took away the romantic ambience we've enjoyed at other Melting Pot restaurants. We also noticed that both the cheese and chocolate fondue pot seemed a little less full than we remembered from other Melting Pots. I don't know if that is a local or corporate decision."

  • "Food is very good but this is my first time going for lunch and service was not as expected, it seems they do not have enough personnel to attend property, I had to wait long to order my food."
