Everyone gets involved by cooking their own dinner. Each person has a different colored skewer to be able to keep track of what belongs to who. We had our phones out on the table acting as timers. We're the first persons there and they opened up promptly at 11AM. We were greeted nicely and seated right away. The server was excellent and made the overall experience one to remember. She gave good recommendations on what to try. The food was well presented and was fun to cook in the fondue pot. While this was our first time here, it will not be our last. This is a restaurant experience so eating will take time. Took us three hours from the time we sat down, ordered dinner then dessert we had spent close to three hours. Entrees are good not great especially since everything is basically boiled not grilled. It is on the higher price range for eating out, but this is expected at a fondue restaurant. The ambiance was energetic as this is a place people often come to celebrate special occasion. As long as you know that you are going to a place that is not a quiet atmosphere, there will be no surprise. The food is always very good and our server, Tony, made some very good recommendations. I also found out that Thursdays is 3 courses for only $20, plus discounted drinks. I may have to go back sooner than later. The fondues were delicious, inventive and fun.
Becasue the meal is designed around the fondue pot, there is a lot of interaction at the table. The meal is a fun activity for friends, and a wonderful activity for people on business who don't know each other well.

We love the new menu and different ways of ordering. It is perfect for those of us who can't eat huge amounts of food at one meal. It was a special occasion for us that evening and it turned out to be special in every way. The young lady who took care of serving us was outstanding and so helpful. We've been telling all of our friends about the great food and smaller portions! I frequent 4-7 times a year due to the expense, but for the value, my favorite is the 4 course dinner. I especially love the pick 3 entree on the new menu. I love trying the new specials, like the Bacon and Brie cheese fondue, new Creme Brulee Chocolate, or coming in for special events like Brew and Fondue. Don't forget to sign up for the Fondue Lover's club - you get special offers and emails about events.
My favorite server and bartender has to be Sammi. She's very fun, attentive, talkative, and suggests new things to try (ask her about Curry-aki!). The simple fact of the matter is this is one of the best meals I have ever had. Our waitress, Frankie (not the owner) was a delight. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was perfect.
