  • "My best friend and I use melting pot as our special girls night out destination, we always have an amazing time. The whole experience lets us catch up with out feeling rushed. This is the 3rd time we've had girls night here and can't wait for the next time."

  • "I took my fiancé for his first time at The Melting Pot. We were traveling for the weekend, so we made a reservation for 8PM. We got there right at 8Pm and were seated within two minutes. Our waitress was very friendly and chatty. We had a fun time cooking our own food and trying new things. Overall a great experience!"

  • "Our first time there. My wife had been asking to go for a couple of years but I did not think I would like it as I am a sport bar or stay at home kind. It was a very nice experience that offers an intimate setting with good food and very good service."

  • "The server was friendly but totally unattentive. When he was there, he was great, but the place was pretty empty and he was nowhere to be found for most of the time. Also the tuna tasted a lot like salmon..."

  • "Great food again, the dippers are all excellent and the cheese is to die for. The Desserts are just as much so. This is my second visit, the first was with a large group and this second time was an intimate date. Both were great so you can't go wrong. Our waitress was friendly and polite and with a reservation we were seated a little early, were taken care of quickly without being pestered as some restaurants tend to do. Very good food, excellent place to be. Would do 4.5 if I could!"

  • "We were welcomed by the hostess who offered us complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic fruit punch before being seated in a comfortable round booth for four. Our knowledgeable and pleasant server, Alecia, explained the specials while she took our wine orders and returned promptly with nice sized glasses and our selections in chilled individual carafes. We all ordered the Classic Swiss fondue, so Alecia prepared double portions of the fondue at each of the two cooking stations at our table. Everything is ordered by the portion, so as long as two people agree on the same fondue, they can share. The banana Foster dessert fondue is to die for. Never rushed, it's a great place to catch up with friends over a liesurely dining pastime."

  • "It was a great experience! The food was truly delicious and fresh! The service was fantastic- they ensured we had everything we needed and more. You need to leave enough time to enjoy it- cooking your food in the broths takes a while, but it is delicious!"

  • "This is my favorite restaurant. I would highly recommend just going for cheese and chocolate though, because the meat and veggies portion is too much. By the time you get to the best part (chocolate!) you're too full. So definitely go for cheese and chocolate :)"

  • "It's a once every 5-10 year place. You pay a lot to cook your own food. The entire process is like three hours long, so don't go hungry or in a rush. I honestly think it is way overpriced for what you get, but the experience is definetly different. It is something you should do evey 5-10 years, with friends."

  • "Service was very good! One of the owners was like a second server and really made sure we had a nice evening for our anniversary."

  • "Confusing to order for a group which includes kids. Service ok, cheese is good but not enough. Entree portion ok. Chocolate part is only reason we'd go back but the smell left on your clothes is do strong! Don't bring doggie bag - we had to throw away ... They're spices got on everything . For price many better choices in KOP but glad we tried 1x for kids"

  • "We took our 5 and 8 year old for the first time. We had a great experience. We did the 4 course meal...if you do this plan for a good amount of time. It took us about 3 hours to complete the 4 courses. Kids loved it. We had a new server for our dinner - her first shift. And she was great. She kept the meal moving along and interacted well with our kids. We would go back again."

  • "We went to Melting Pot for my birthday dinner. There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 3 kids between 5 and 9 yrs of age. We were seated right away (had reservations), and our waiter came right to the table to take drink orders. The drinks- water.. took at least 10 minutes to come. We did the full 4 course meal, and were in the restaurant for nearly 3 hrs. It really should not have been over 2. We'd order a course, then wait for a good 10-15 minutes for the waiter to come set it up. Then, we'd finish, and be sitting and waiting (a good 10 minutes at least) for him to come back to take orders for the next course, and wait for that to be set up. The food was really good, and we had a great time, I just wish the service had been a little more on point."

  • "Our 16-year old chose to have her birthday dinner at The Melting Pot after she had experienced this interesting dining concept at a friend's birthday dinner. A great place for a lot of interaction as you do a lot of the "work" yourself. I will have to say that I went in thinking how the heck can you get filled up on fondue like items? Well, I had no idea you cooked your own meats, chicken and fish too. We were STUFFED by the time we came to the end of our meal. The service was terrific - our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and menu and was very engaging and entertaining. I hate to say though that I can't remember his name. I believe it was Tim?"

  • "The decor was very nice; booths were comfortable. Each booth had a cooking table in the middle. You cooked your own entree. Actually, it was fun and very different from regular restaurants. The service was excellent. Portions were not huge. But was fun and food was good. I had a combo of salmon, shrimp and steak. I did not like boiled steak. My husband had all steak and he liked it due toall the sauces. You got a combo of 6 sauces to go with the entrees. We were not all that hungry but next time we will get the combo meal with the cheese in fondue and also dessert."

  • "Loved, Loved, Loved the selections for the Father's Day Menu. This was my son's and grandson's first visit and they were elated with the entire experience! I was not sure how my five year old Autistic grandson was going to behave and thought it would be a challenge to keep him entertained for a couple of hours...Not the case at all...the staff was so very friendly and talked to Parker every time they came around. Presented him with the biggest and "best" chocolate milk he ever had and even a coloring paper with "pencils" instead of crayons! He prefers pencils! My son's are very big eaters...so we chose this menu as you could order more of the main course without charge...Well, no need!! The portions were plentiful and delicious as well."

  • "Our party of 9.5 people ordered cheese & salads for all of us but entrees & chocolate for just 6 persons. We were stuffed afterwards so we could have gotten by with paying for 5."

  • "It was the first time we were ever there, everyone was very accommodating and the service was amazing. Although the host that sat at the door could have been a bit more friendly (the one that took us to our table was very energetic). The food was fantastic. Absolutely nothing to complain about!"

Garrett was attentive as a server and provided us with all of the information we needed as first time guests. It was a perfect venue for our celebration dinner. "

  • "Went with the family for a celebration dinner and it's a great place for it. The kids love it and it's something different and fun. Of course the chocolate dessert fondue is the favorite! Great food!"

  • "My girlfriend and I went here to celebrate her graduation. We wanted something different and we got it. The server explained how the restaurant worked to us well. We got the four-course deal. It was probably a little too much food. Next time we'll cut out the main course. The Classic Alpine cheese fondue was very good. The fruit especially (grapes and apples) were very good in it. The salads were good but nothing outstanding. I got the French Quarter, my girlfriend got the Vegetarian. Her stuff kept falling off the skewers in the fondue pot, which was a little frustrating. The French quarter was good, but a little over-seasoned for me. The best part of the meal was the orange chocolate fondue we had for desert. "
