The server explained the fondue process, made good suggestions and combinations, and gave us a good amount of time to eat between the cheese and chocolate we ordered. The atmosphere was nice and the cheese and chocolate courses were great. I would have loved to have had cheese to accompany the meat/entree course as well as we weren't very fond of the dipping sauces so the entrees did seem a bit bland. Having a second cheese available with the entree would have made the meal perfect.
Or adding pepperoni or cured meats to the cheese course itself would be nice. We would have ordered two cheese courses if that was available. That being said I think next time we would only have cheese and dessert courses. The dessert course was perfect though, we had the flaming turtle with dark instead of milk chocolate.

The staff was great, quickly seated, & promptly served. Waiter did a great job of explaining the menu. We choose the 4-course option, with a bottle of wine.
Meal started with Fiesta Cheese Fondue Sauce. We loved it with the veggies, not so much on apples, & of course it was great on nachos.
For the salad, we both opted for the House Salad, & were glad we did. Very nice. Good size, fresh & crisp taste.
We choose to opt for two different entrees to maximize our tasting experience. She choose the Pacific Rim, and I had the Fondue Delight. The food was great. Awesome in fact.
Desert was the Smore' treat. Mmmm, it was very good.

Cost for two draft beers, an 8 oz glass of wine, and the four course dinner option for two was $133 which includes a $20 tip.
