Should have left Grandparents at home, but that wasn't the resturants fault! The Graduation Special menu was fantastic!The presentation of the food for cooking was so nice you almost didn't want to cook it. The variety of cheese and dessert fondues was really nice. Our waitress was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. She made the ordering process easy by explaining and recommending. Extra dipping items for the cheese, court bullion, and hot oil fondue pots appeared almost magically, empty dishes were promptly whisked away by an attentive and polite bus staff.

We selected the cheese fondue and fusion dinner, and started with the California salad which had mixed greens, pecans, blue cheese, and a delightful dressing. The lettuce was appropriately just a few degrees below room temperature, letting us know that it had just been prepared. The cheese fondue was wonderful, and not so much it spoiled our main course.
The fusion dinner and white chocolate dessert (with bananas foster, strawberries, marshmallows and more for dipping) were mouth-watering, filling, and excellent quality.
A hint - there is plenty of food, so don't necessarily place one meal order per person.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMMy wife had a birthday andMy wife had a birthday and her son was visiting from London so this was a special occasion. We had not eaten at a fondue restaurant before but it was a fun experience. The food quality was excellent and we availed ourselves of the special offer for a half price bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion. Our server was fun and explained the system and options well. She was not quite so attentive later in the evening and we had the distinct impression we were being hurried and she wanted to leave early. Needless to say this did not really bother us as we had a lot of catching up to do. The food is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and if I could afford to go there every day I would. My only complaint is that it is pricy. I only go when there is a special going on. We were 20 minutes early but were accomodated within 5 minutes. The food is always fabulous, but more than that: because the food is served in courses and not hurried, the conversation with my wife was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there tremendously. The server was engaging and experienced. The manager came over at the end to check on us. The service was very attentive. The menu and cooking process was clearly explained since this was our first time with fondue. The server was helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Food was fresh and served promptly.
