We were wished a Happy Anniversary from 3 different employees and were even given a small gift. Our waiter was very animated and very nice. They greeted us at the door, gave her a flower, sat us at our table, took a picture of us during dinner and gave it to her in a frame, and even gave us a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries each at the end of dinner! Great experience, great food, wonderful waitress, and both my mom and I left with a huge smile and a full belly!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMothers Day...If it weren't for the beautiful Flowers and box of chocolate covered strawberry's given to all the women, you would NEVER had known it was Mothers' Day! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They changed the cliche~ of "Never go out to eat on Mothers Day/Valentines Day"
There was a suggested Pre~Fixed Menu, but we were able to choose from the regular menu if we preferred, for the same price as the Mothers' Day Menu Special Pricing, which was actually a less than the regular menu pricing. Another gift for Mothers Day I suppose!
We were not rushed in the least bit.
This is such a unique place to eat. Not just b/c it's fondue, but because you're treated like a guest, not a customer.

The Melting pot was right across from the Marriott and we love fondue. The waiter was excellent very nice and patient and explained the different options for the meal as well as the various types of fondue available. My wife is a vegetarian and he knew exactly what she could and could not eat. He even let her know that one of the desserts we were looking at had marshmallow (contains gelatin) so she shouldn't eat it.
The ambiance was just right the food fantastic and overall a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMAn ExperienceDining at this Melting Pot is truly a wonderful evening. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is really delicious, and you feel like you can really take your time to eat, socialize and take it all in.
We are always able to find parking in the area and although it's fun to get a little dressed up to go here, you never feel like you have to be fancy.
