The food was amazing.. we went for kids eat free Sunday.. we got the 4 course dinner for myself and my oldest instead of getting the chocolate we asked for more cheese instead got that.. most of the order was right but mine was messed up all around.. (not upset at this point cuz I had very specific order)… sent the wrong stuff back got it right the second ok cool great.. enjoyed our meal.. on to the bill.. charged for the kids meal and charged cheese and chocolate for the kids meal.. would have been more that happy to pay for the cheese and chocolate if I was given that extra portion of it. But was not given it.. waitress said she saw the kid eating it but the kid was not they were playing in it.. maybe had a bite or two.. waitress was great at first till I said something about the extra charges then got kinda rude.. got the bill fixed finally.. not exactly happy about the extra Technology charge on the bill.. didn’t like that the waitress stood over me while paying and looking to see what I was tipping made it awkward for me.. felt like I had to tip more because of that.. We are very loyal customers and hardly ever complain.. we come at least once a month if not more..

Our experience was outstanding! First time taking my grandkids and they loved it!!! Our server was very attentive and allowed the kids to help add items to the cheese fondue and the cooking broth for the entrees. They thoroughly enjoyed The Melting Pot.

Food and Service were top notch as always. We were very disappointed to see this Melting Pot Location has joined the trend of adding fees for things that should be included in the cost of the experience at this price point. Specifically we were very surprised to see a 3% technology fee added to our check to cover the costs of Toast and Open Table. All other high end restaurants cover these out of their receipts as the cost of doing business and I am hoping next time we visit that we will see this fee has been removed.

The food was good but not worth the price to me and I even had a $50 coupon. My bill was incorrect by $10. The waitress was way too busy and we did a lot of waiting after we finished the last course of our meal for our packaged dessert and for plates to be removed.

Great service, delicious food, we always love fondue, and Melting Pot gets it right! My only complaint is the "technology fee" that is added to your bill. I absolutely HATE all the extra fees that some restaurants are adding, and until those extra charges go away, I will not return.

Excellent as always. We come here 1x/year for special celebrations. While some elements have been modified the core of the cheese/entree/dessert fixtures remains unchanged. Plenty of meat included on the entree - and overall everything was amazing. Manger stopped by and made our evening even more special. Kudos to the waitstaff as well.

Service was very pleasant but slow as our server was training someone and I suspect they are instructed to drag out the “endless” protein experience intentionally as they were small servings and long breaks in between with 3 teenage boys and 2 parents eating. We ordered the premium but had to point that out as we were only presented with middle option when they first brought out protein. Also it tough for 5 of us to get things cooked in two pots in a timely manner trying to reach across pots with drinks in the way (they were awesome about refreshing those though). For the price, I don’t think I would do it again as a family, unless we just came for a couple of s’mores fondue which was delicious. It was over a 2 hour dinner and the place was dead. Better for couples than families with giant eaters. I should have expected that though, just wanted to shake things up but I think we’ll stick to actual chefs next time and be able to just hang out together - too many cooks in the pot 😉
