It's pretty pricey! We ordered individual dishes and that was WAY too expensive. It's cheaper to do the 4-course dinner (but that's pricey too). She was absolutely thrilled with the food and the experience, and she said that their server, Erin, was "awesome." I liked that the Grads Eat Free in June made it reasonable! It ended up being a little longer wait for our table so we went to the bar to have a drink. The bartender was really nice, was busy with other tables and let us know he had seen us and would be with us shortly. Per our wait he paid for my boyfriends shot. Around 7:30 they sat us, our bartender ended up being our waiter, which we very much enjoyed. We had a wonderful meal, dessert came and we were in a hurry to meet up with some friends so we asked for the bill, when it came we were given all of our drinks complementary and given a bottle of champagne to take home. Amazing customer service and will definitily be coming back for that amazing dessert!6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMImproved!This was the first time we had been to the Melting Pot since they made changes to how you are served your food. I have to say, the changes (individual plates, etc) make a world of difference. I was never very excited about the food, but this time it was great. The service was excellent and our server was very knowledgeable about all of the choices.
My one negative would be that they were out of two things that we wanted to order. Perhaps the holiday weekend wiped them out of those items.

I was very excited to see this location and i was not disappointed. So glad we made reservations, we were whisked off to our table and our server was prompt. They have recently made some changes to the their menu and after getting the lay of the land, we placed our order. The spinach and artichoke cheese fondue was amazing and my adult beverage hit the spot. Our server recognized all of our cues, when to refresh the water, we to offer more bread for dipping and doubling up on the strawberries for our dessert course. She even offered to have their signature yin and yang chocolate fondue changed to white and milk chocolate, instead of the dark and white. Such a wonderful experience!5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthdayI took my boyfriend whose never been to the melting pot and he was stuffed which is hard for a fighter fighter like him. Food was great as always but I'm dissapointed that there was no special if u did the 4 course because 140.00 is a lot when u get 3 chunks of different meats just seamed the pricing was ridiculous for chunks of meat that were not big at all. And I also asked for the birthday plate and I was told it would have a cheese cake slice with it but all it was, was a plate with 2 strawberries that said happy birthday dissapointed to say the least on that. We ordered the four course meal which may have been a little too much. We were overstuffed when leaving for the night, but we wanted to try it all. I was not disappointed by any course. The atmosphere was great and the service was too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for a date. We had an amazing time! I ordered a special package~ had roses at the table as well as Champagne and Flutes (which were ours to keep). Our waitress was so amazing and we felt well taken care of! The food was fun and made for a different group experience. I wish the smaller tables allowed for two different cooking styles. We had one burner but half our table was vegetarian and the other half was not. Also, the steam from the fondou pots as it warmed up sometimes had a chemical kind of smell steaming in our faces. Not sure if that can be changed. Overall, we had a fun time and enjoyed ourselves. It is a little pricy for us to eat at for anything other than a special occasion, so we went for our anniversary. Definitely need a reservation... we had one and were seated immediately. We the service was excellent and all our questions were answered. The food was great (we loved the cheese and dessert courses!) All the courses are delicious, so many options to choose from. You can order one of their 4 course packages, or you can order specific items a la carte. They recently expanded their menu, the entree section has much more meat/combination options now. I have not tried to order a la carte yet but it looks like a good option, especially during their late night happy hour. Complimentary parking, easy to find, we will be back again!4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMTastyWe went for the Seattle Restaurant week, and started with a ceasar and house salad (both delicious) and chose the 'Land and Sea' and 'Signature Selection' entrees, followed with the milk chocolate dessert. The food portions seemed small initially, but we both left full and satisfied. The teriyaki beef was by far my favorite and I would recommend to anyone who likes teriyaki. The dark brown "coated" marshmallow in the milk chocolate fondue was amazing, on my top 10 desserts I've ever had. It's pricey, but a nice variance from the norm.
