  • "We were late for our reservation and the staff assured me that they would try to accomodate our request and fit us in when we arrived an hour later. We also had to catch a show so had limited time. We were also assured that we would make it in plenty of time, and we did. Our server was excellent and we were shown to a secluded and completely private end table, perfect for us and also a request of mine. We were treated like royalty and had an amazing time. I would highly recomment The Melting Pot!"

  • "We got the oil fondue and probably will not get it again. The food was still delicious! The service was great as always. Thank you!"

  • "It was my first time dining at this restaurant, the food was great and the ambiance. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and he loved it from the beginning to end. The ultimate was the "lover's booth", it was secluded from all the other diners with less distractions. I would definitely go again and I recommend this spot for couples."

  • "My family and I really enjoying eating at the Melting Pot. We love the food and and all that it offers. We treated my mother in law this weekend when she came to town. She loved it and can't wait to visit the Melting Pot near her home."

  • "Wonderful food and an enjoyable experience. Great place for a date night! But it is an experience so don't expect a quick in and out. It's a dinner to enjoy and takes time."

  • "Good food and service. It is a very interactive dining experience, and it will be as much fun as you make it."

  • "The melting pot gives friends an opportunity to catch up without feeling rushed. Really, really enjoyed the cheese and chocolate fondues! Our server, Danielle, had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the food and its preparation. The manager on duty stopped by to ask us how everything was, as did another gentlemen. There definitely will be return visit!"

  • "Came from out of town to celebrate an anniversary and couldn't have gone to a better place. The food was outstanding (I recommend the 4 course experience), the atmosphere was romantic, and the drinks were on point. A+"

  • "I like to treat my daughter from time to time to a trip to The Melting Pot for her birthday. This year we celebrated her 21st birthday in style and it was a very memorable evening for both of us."

  • "Loved the food and activity of cooking the fondue. Amazing service all around. Restaurant smelled kind of weird, which I imagine is from the cheese fondue. Just the cost of doing the fondue business I guess. Still, great time."

  • "Melting Pot was wonderful. My wife and I went on a date night and we were seated looking out the window that faces Peachtree St - perfect because it was like we were there alone! Our server (Danielle, I think) was great. Food was delicious. Highly recommend."

  • "Parking in the area scared us because an event was happening at the Fox, but we found street parking (meters until 10pm - yikes, that's late). Gracious greeting and immediate seating - this is a nice switch because we are usually asked to wait for five minutes (which has always been irritating when we are on time for a reservation and there are three hosts). Good noise level for our private conversations. Tasty food - we did the four course extravaganza but didn't leave overly stuffed. Enjoyable evening."

  • "Seated on time. Server very attentive to our small group. Restaurant presented my wife with a birthday card signed by all the staff. They even brought out a special birthday dessert with candle for her. Great food as well."

  • ".I recently went to the Melting Pot in Gatlinburg & absolutely loved it so I decided to dine @ the Melting Pot in Atlanta. The food was good. He spilled food & did not clean it up. The lovers lane was not as expected but it was a little secluded from others but we could hear others talking loud. We asked for to go boxes. The waiter came back w/ the box took the utensils that had food on them out of the pot that also had the veggies in the pot & threw them away. He walked pretty fast because we called out for him & he was gone. When he came back, we informed him that there was food in the pot & we called him to bring it back. He threw the food away & did not give us a discount for disposing food that we paid for."

  • "I dined at the Melting Pot - Midtown for my senior prom. Dinner was easily the highlight of the entire night. My date and I each picked a separate four course meal that included a cheese fondue, salad, entree, and chocolate fondue. The good was great, a very interesting choice. Great to talk while eating. Great Location. Nice lighting and seating arrangements. I was very pleased with the entire experience that really got the ball rolling for one of my most memorable moments in all of my high school career."

  • "Our waitress was not attentive. Even if she was busy, the only time that we saw her was when she was switching items. The time between switching was about 35 min. I'm serious. Our reservation was at 7:30pm, but we end up leaving after 10:30pm. Its mostly due to very slow and poor service. She did not even give us a water refill until after dessert was over and she was bringing our checks. Even when she brought our checks, we asked her not to leave because we all knew that she will take forever to return and collect our payments. Our server was very unkempt. Her hair was all over the place and we often wonder if her hair might fall into our food. If I can compliment her on anything, she was very informative of the menu item."

  • "The service was excellent. The nature of the Melting pot lends itself to conversation. Take your time and enjoy your dinner companions. The team approach made the service feel natural and timely."

  • "The Melting Pot is my favorite restaraunt so when we decided to take our daughter out to celebrate her birthday it was my first choice. What I didn't know was that the 4 course meal for 3 doesn't come with any more of the cheese or dessert course than the 4 course meal for 2. That was a bit if a disappointment since it was an extra $35+ for the third person. The other issue was that our waitress had some sort of "emergency" during the middle of our meal and disappeared for quite some time and no one else stopped by our table to see if we needed anything. Overall we had a great evening, but with the price you pay to eat here the service should be above average and you shouldn't walk away feeling like you've been cheated."

  • "Yes the seafood trio was fresh seafood, but I had to cook it in same pot with co-diner who had beef. Really should have been 2 pots. Cook times for beef and chicken and potatoes were understated, so seafood was ready too soon."

  • "A group of friends and I attended the Lady's Night Event. We purchased the 4 course special and enjoyed every moment of the fondue experience. Great staff! Great waiter (Eddins S)"

  • "All 4 courses we perfect. We had the spinach and artichoke cheese, Moho cooking style and smore chocolate dip. Food and service was amazing and it made for a perfect date night."

  • "I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful when selecting gluten free food choices. There was a variety of gluten free choices on the menu. Definitely a place for all gluten free people to try! Food was delicious!!"

  • "Highly recommend it. We got two helpings of sirloin and shrimp, which were both delicious. We tried two of the desert fondues (the bananas foster and the milk chocolate). Both were excellent. I highly recommend this as a great date night place. As a last note, endless fondue unfortunately does not mean endless cheese fondue at the beginning. Otherwise, perfect."

  • "This restaurant is extremely nice. The ambiance is great, the food was delish, and the service was bar none. Nice music is playing in the background, and the fondue style of cooking is very fun to experiment with. This is a sensual restaurant with a lot of positives. We definitely will be back."

  • "The Melting Pot was a suggested spot for a "grown up" bday dinner. We enjoyed it immensely. I was unsure at first because it was something different but he enjoyed the idea of fondue and the atmosphere. I would definitely return for a special occasion."

  • "This was a great idea from my wife to go here. We, along with her step-father and his girlfriend, ate here together, some of us for the first time. This was an amazing experience. The food and atmosphere was great. The server was very friendly and personable. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this to everyone."

  • "This was celebrating our 20th Valentines together, a few days due to weather. 1. The appetizer, although containing several interesting ingredients, was tasteless. Not even a respectable cheese flavor. 2. The Caesar salad was delicious. 3. We started with 2 hours before show started at Fox, time between salad and main course delivery ate up a good portion of it. Our server, otherwise good, explained long absence by saying he had two other tables who took up a good portion of his time. 4. The main course was ok, some of the items were flavorable, but fondue didn't contribute much to it. 5. Desert course ok, set up on adjacent table so not wasting time clearing ours. Cheese cake the best, but we had to leave and rush."

  • "I go there on occasion but this was the first time I took my boyfriend he loved it. The waiter was awesome and the resultant clean and updated. We had a ball I got lost going there but overall the best place for a nice romantic date in the city."

  • "Service was excellent and food was fine. Great experience but pricing is a little high for basic shredded cheese you can get at the grocery store. Very much a chain fondue restaurant - nothing particularly unique. If you are craving the fondue experience, its fun, but not at all what Dante's was."

  • "It did'nt live up to my expectations, I expected much more.First time eating fondue and will probably never go back. The Swiss cheese was the worst. I don't know if she put too much garlic or brandy (didn't measure anything). The house salad that was supposed to be a apart of the entree was never brought to me and my family, and when my wife asked the waitress about it, the waitress responded it was too late, we were already on to the entree. I was told 2 min for meat and 1.3 for seafood. The Chocolate desert was ok. Way to sweet for me. I'm not the type to complain when I go out to eat but the manager happened to ask us how things were and we just shrugged out shoulders. very displeased"

  • "Good food good service, but we're pretty sure we were talked into ordering more than we wanted or needed. Were heading to the theatre and were not able to finish our dinner. Had we had fewer items it would not have been a problem."

  • "Had a wonderful evening. We took out 12 year old and he had a blast. Food was great and the service was outstanding. We will definitely return."

  • "Food was good, service was abysmal. After staring out with good service the server disappeared during the dinner course. The waiter brought out the food and did not show back up until 45 minutes later, by which time we had been out of anything to drink for 30 minutes. No apologies were made no reason given. It took a manager to get service back to our table."

  • "I took my son and nephew to the Midtown location for the "Little Cupid" Valentine's Day event. For the amount of food we received it was certainly a great price. The kids really enjoyed the experience of preparing their own meals. Interestingly, the Atlanta Hawks mascot, Harry and a few cheerleaders were also there. They came around several times entertaining the kids between courses. Everyone on staff checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The posting on the site stated that photos would be taken, but this was with your own device. However, that didn't take away from our dining experience. Our server was attentive and accommodated our requests promptly. We will go back next year if the event is held again."
