The 4 course dinner is the way to go. You start off with cheese fondue and a variety of dippers. Can't go wrong with any of the choices in my opinion, but the swiss is my favorite. Then you get a salad followed by the main course. For the main course you choose your platter of food, steak lovers or the french quarter are my favroites, and a cooking style (broth to cook the food on your platter in). I like the Mojo cooking style. The final course is the chocolate. Wide variety of chocolates to choose from. I regret not choosing the anniversary package, but it was our first visit and we didn't want to take the chance of being disappointed. It was truly a different and great experience. The ambiance was romantic, with dim lighting and the cute little fondue forks. If you get a chance, try the lobster tail. it was luscious, sweet and rich. We were very full but still shared a dessert. Great ambiance, excellent service and phenomenal food. The 4 course special is always going to be a win as you get to try a bit of everything. Both of us got the seafood trio and the cuts of fish were hearty and fresh.
I think Melting Pot makes for an excellent second or third date after you make sure you have something to talk about for two hours at your table. All in all a great experience as usual! And now with their frequent dining Fondue Club ... I am heading out to get a 2nd mortgage on my condo (raises firsts to the heavens)! I decided to take my girl here for our anniversary and she and I loved it. The food experience was like no other I have ever experienced. Food, service and ambiance was outstanding. I would definatly recommend this place to everyone that I know.
