Our waiter, Josh, made the experience 10 times better. He was very energetic and excited about what he did. Towards the ended of the evening the service became slower and slower, but that was expected due to the holiday. I'm not sure of his name but the young man providing water was also magnificent! He made sure our glasses never ran dry. And when Josh wasn't there he was. Cheese was good. Dinner was great. And dessert was superb. Thank you!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food has always been greatThe food has always been great though you do need to pay attention to the menu prior to scheduling a reservation because the featured entreet does change from time to time and we have found one some occasions it did not appeal to us.
We have never felt rushed by any of the staff. Service quite slow couldn't get refills easily on our tea and it took a total of over two hrs to complete our dinner bc it took our waitress 27mins to bring us our entrees meats from the time she said she was getting it? Unfortunately he's leaving in July of this year so I'd recommend you go get him before you miss out. His overall attitude was outstanding. His knowledge of the menu was outstanding and his ability to really create a special one of a kind evening was like no other I've experienced. It was mine and my wife's 3rd year wedding anniversary and even though the food and overall dinning experience was great having Josh as our server really made it a memorable night. The cheese fondue is made right at your table which was really interesting to see. I like to be able to cook my own food also, right at the table. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is bc it my fiancé and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary...I requested thru opentable and also called to confirm to have the balloon package, which was supposed to be set at the table before we arrived. When we arrived, they confirmed our reservations but stated that we still have to wait to til our table is ready-__-. 15 minutes later the host showed us to our table BUT the balloons were not set like I expected it to. I was disappointed and it was a lil surprise for my fiancé, which she sd "I'll be back with your balloon package" smh. I paid $14.99 for you to tell me that? Other than that, the food is amazing.
