Place is getting old, lack of maintenance, food great, service fair, and at the end the asked for 20, 22, 25% tip when they only came to the table 3 times. Exagerated.

The Manager made the event. She was terrific, went out of her way to take care of our huge group. Enjoyed the entire experience, it was fun to visit with folks while we dipped our food! Meal was great.

A bit disappointed with our experience with The Melting Pot in Arlington. I put in the notes it was our 15th Year Wedding Anniversary, to make it special, I wasn’t expecting much but they didn’t even acknowledge the event. Or they didn’t care, honestly a simple “Happy Anniversary.” Would’ve sufficed and made our night a bit brighter. We don’t drink so none of the actual event Packages you could order pertained to us. Overall though, the experience was fun and it was something different which we loved!

Service was great, food was just ok, price was quite high. We never had an empty water glass or wanted for anything to be cleared, service was awesome! Pricing is confusing. We had two adults and two kids. We did a four course dinner with two pots at each course (third course, we did a pot and a grill). Three of the four of us do not eat meat. We had one fifty dollar bottle of wine, one glass of wine, both kids got one glass of lemonade. Our bill was over three hundred dollars, before tip; just under four hundred after tip. Pricing would make more sense if it was charged per item and not per person. I’m still somewhat confused on how our bill got so high. Food quality was overall mediocre. Veggies weren’t the freshest, the meat one of us got was just ok. Raw potatoes, we thought, was an odd choice on the veggie plate. Overall, the kids had fun, great service, great sauces, just disappointing pricing and mediocre food quality.

Loving date place, little warm in there but it’s in the name, and every worker was so nice and carrying. 11/10 experience would go again!

Ambiance was great. Food for the most part was great. But I had the petite filet and it was WAY to grizzly and chewy to really be a filet.
