Not easy to find, but worth the effort. This was one of their first attempts at brunch. Limited menu, but very creative and delicious. Probably the best bacon I've ever eaten! Quaint and quiet (at least when we were there). Very relaxing atmosphere and decore'.

Took awhile to get one of the brunch entree's BUT it was worth the wait! They were very apologetic (due to their chef walking out and a waiter filled in and did a superb job)and even comped the dish. Hope to see this place do well... great atmosphere with good Louisiana /Cajun style food.

Went on opening weekend. Food was outstanding. Service was good given the large group and backlog in kitchen. Wait staff could use a little more training on menu. Expect to enjoy a few drinks and your time with friends....remember this is the Mason Bar.

Wow--we were in from out of town and happened to come upon The Mason Bar. We found the food to be fabulously delicious and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would recommend highly. Neat building with beautiful, enormous windows that let in lots of light.

Great food! I think they need a bit more time to get their service down. Waiter was good, the bartender was ignoring people. But overall, we all would definitely go back. One of the BEST steaks I have had at a restaurant!

It was their first week of full service. By the time we sat down at 9pm, 50% of the menu was no longer available. Service was delayed. I was there a week prior during their soft opening. The sample menu items were awesome and the service was very attentive. I was disappointed some of those sample items were not on the permanent menu. Hope they iron out the kinks soon.

Drinks were great, but we found the food to be lacking. Burger was dry and flavorless, and pulled-pork tacos lacked any hint of spice. Best thing we had was the grits.

After hearing all the buzz, my friends and I were really excited to have made reservations for this establishment. It took nearly 15 minutes to get our drinks, they were out of the cheese plate, and we waited for over an hour for our food. After noticing the other tables around us were still waiting on their food as well, we decided to leave because we'd been there for an hour and a half and had concert tickets. The manager did comp our drinks, which was kind of him and also took my card. I think it'll be awhile before I return to this establishment. Also discouraging my friends to go until the "just opened kinks" get worked out. Server and manager were both extremely friendly. Food smelled great -- hopefully next time I'll get to taste it.
