"The food was very good, served hot & fresh. We decided to eat at an off time, Sunday 5pm. There weren't many dining patrons and a few people at the bar. The bar tender was trying to cover the bar and us, which made the service a little week."

"Loved every moment from the first drink to the pampering the next morning. Love everything on the menu. Great spot for locals and travelers. They were accommodating for a large group and small nooks for a romantic couple. I go back time and again and it just keeps getting better."

"Extraordinary dining experience. Glad we found NYLO in OpenTable. Will return many times. Lobster nachos were incredible as was the small plate steak appetizer. After dinner took a tour of the hotel. Rooms (loft-like) were clean and inviting as well as unusual. Loved to see the Keurig coffee in the room."

"My wife and I went there and it was very different for us you have the option of eating at a table or you can lounge so we lounged. Jazz band and great ambiance.I recommend it to couples for a romantic evening."

"The food and venue are great, however the customer service is despicable. Mistakes with our drinks AND meal, food was cold when it arrived, complaint to the manager AND general supervisor resulted in nasty behaviour. They need to learn customer service."
