"We had a lovely meal at the Lobby Restaurant at the Pinnacle Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. We were also very pleased with our meal as well. We were especially impressed with our server Michelle who was very attentive to our needs. It was my husbands' birthday; he really enjoyed his celebration at the restaurant."

"The dine-out menu was excellent. All three courses were well prepared, presented and tasted great. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. We accidentally left something behind and they found our phone number from the reservation and called us to let us know it had been left at the front desk."

"went for afternoon tea - great menu delicious bites to eat! Tea service was great - properly done :-) price for this was fantastic considering what other places in Vancouver charge for the same, The Lobby is great. will def. come back :-)"

"Price was very good for the wonderful food. Music a little loud at the beginning (maybe someone complained) it appeared to be turned down. Fine for lounging but most diners do not want to have to talk loud over dining like at Earls. I would pay heed to this. All in all we will definitely come back as we had a nice experience. The food was excellent!!"

"the shaved prime rib rigatoni was excellent - meat 'melted' in your mouth & the cream sauce. so good. my son had the tiger shrimp appetizer for a light lunch and daughter had the dungeness crab cakes (being from Montreal she craves nice fresh seafood!) It is a great place to go and have a relaxing meal. have been for the tea - a must try if you haven't! A new favourite for me."

"Probably not my best experience at the Lobby. The service was very slow and since this was a business meeting we did have a time limit. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and since the service was so slow I ended up eating what I was brought not what I ordered. The server did make an adjustment to the bill."
