The fish eaters ordered lamb and the meat eaters ordered the grilled lobster and each raved about their food. We always enjoy the innovative cooking, the extremely comfortable "living room" and the attentive wait staff (a few of whom now seem to recognize us despite the onset of the busy summer season). Sauvignon Blanc then the three of us ordered The
Living Room Salad with grilled salmon. We were
in heaven - I cannot tell you what is in this magical salad.
The dessert was a merry meringue banana vanilla ice cream
Sundae which yum, topped off a perfect lunch!

We sat at the bar and enjoyed a cocktail, chatted with Henry, the bartender and took in all the vibrant colors and patters of the decor. We wish we had booked a room! Our initial love of our surroundings was solidified by the food. Best steak tartar we have ever had. And the traditional Swedish Meatballs and Lamb were a delight. The portions are big (the meatballs are great - I think I got through half of them). The restaurant is Swedish and holds true to Swedish recipes.
