We made a reservation for 9:15 and weren't seated until after 10. The host was not at all apologetic and didn't seem to care that we were made to wait. After all that, the only thing they offered us was a choice between the noisy bar room and the private dining room. The waiter didn't bring a wine list and then when he did upon request, had to be asked to bring the cocktail list as well. The food was good, but the service was dismissive and uninterested - after we had finished our appetizers, the waiter stopped by to say "bon appetit." The food was reasonably enough priced, but drinks were very expensive.

loved it! loved the ambience, energy, decor. food was delicious from first oyster to last bite of Branzino. Cheese plate is a must, as is the side of brussel sprouts. will go back asap.

It's rather difficult to sum The Lion up. Everything was outstanding, start to finish, from the atmosphere and decor to each dish that was ordered. Top notch service and excellent recommendations from the staff. This was my second time there and I plan to go back.

This is my second time to the Lion on a date. Excellent food and services, even better for people watching. Only one complaint. We made reservation for 9:30 but not seated till 15 mins past 10pm. And the host was not even apologetic for that.
The main dinning room is gorgeous. Good for date or special occasion.

I went to The Lion for a catch up brunch with my best friend. It was delightful! Our server was sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and the jazz band playing during brunch was perfect!
