Our unique format features the Chef in a sort of theater-in-the-round, where guests get a bird's eye view of all the mouthwatering culinary action. Chef Randall presents the evening's selection of ingredients and courses in an entertaining and informative discussion and is happy to chat with you throughout the night, answering questions and explaining techniques as he prepares your dinner.
