Each time, the food has been incredible from beginning to end. Each dish is prepared with flavors that enchance and captivate rather than overwhelm the palate
The chef is a genius.

My husband had an excellent rib eye steak. The food was so fresh, the bread perfect, the cocktails unique and delicious. The staff worked well in tandem and were all very nice and just attentive enough. The service was beyond outstanding (Kenneth, thank you!), the food was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect and my out of town guests could not stop talking about how wonderful it was and they said it made their whole visit to Boulder! So thank you!

They still found us a table within a few minutes but it was in a very crowded coroner of the restaurant. I'm not sure that they would have been able to find us a table had our reservation been any earlier.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMAbsolutely superb food, butAbsolutely superb food, but you pay dearly for it and the portions are small. Those prices could be perfectly well justified with normal size portions, but not at the portion sizes they provide. I'm not bummed out I went, but I won't go back. Cocktails are fun, the wine list imaginative and diverse. We shared the endive salad after a dozen of the freshest oysters in Colorado, and then had perfect chicken and scallops. We had had lunch here a couple times over the years, wanted to try dinner. I had set the bar pretty high in anticipation, and Kitchen surpassed it. It is high energy (euphemistic for noisy), but that adds to this restaurants appeal. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations, as was the wine guru.
