The Kitchen - BoulderAwesome!This was our first time to the Kitchen after hearing so many wonderful reviews about the food, service, etc. . We had a great meal and it was so nice not to be rushed through dinner. We were with friends we hadn't seen in 5 years and the waiter was so kind to give us ample time to order, eat and just simply visit. My husband had an excellent rib eye steak. The food was so fresh, the bread perfect, the cocktails unique and delicious. They still found us a table within a few minutes but it was in a very crowded coroner of the restaurant. Cocktails are fun, the wine list imaginative and diverse. We shared the endive salad after a dozen of the freshest oysters in Colorado, and then had perfect chicken and scallops. We had had lunch here a couple times over the years, wanted to try dinner. I had set the bar pretty high in anticipation, and Kitchen surpassed it. It is high energy (euphemistic for noisy), but that adds to this restaurants appeal. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations, as was the wine guru.
