The Jazz KitchenNever DisappointedWe met with some friends in celebration of our anniversary. The food was good, Brenda Williams was hilarious and Stacia Matthews singing was an unexpected treat. As always with the Jazz Kitchen, we are never disappointed.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFun!We went with a group to support Yvonne's debut. We had a blast!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMBaird dinningThe place was great overall, the music was great and the service was very good. The food was nice, I would have liked to maybe have a couple of more options on the menu, but the food was cooked very well. In the future I would love to see ya have a bigger place with more parking options. I feel the Jazz Kitchen is deserving. My first experience and we are defenetly coming back.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved this FindWe have a couple that we dine with at least once a month, each take turns picking the place. This month was my turn, and I am soooo very pleased with my selection! Our waiter was great, food was amazing and the entertainment kept us moving! I highly recommend The Jazz Kitchen!5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMDeep Fried FiveOh yeah - they were great - the other entertainment was good but they were perfect for a Friday night jazz sessino!!5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMWanted a romantic night andWanted a romantic night and it was very memorable. The atmosphere was great, the music was OUTSTANDING and the food; specifically, the 'not so cajun chicken' was awesome.
The closeness of the muscians and the dinner tables makes the scene very comfortable and relaxing. I can't wait unitl my next visit.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food, Great musicThe food was very good. The trio was very enjoyable. The only downside was the chatty ladies a couple tables over who talked through the first 4 songs. They finally shut up when their food arrived. That is the only downside to this very intimate jazz club.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMMcBride for Mothers' DayAmbiance and entertainment... this could be Greenwich Village or Chicago, though we're proud to savor this gem in Broad Ripple. Good food (treat yourself to the White Chocolate Blueberry Bread Pudding), attentive service, and a cozy venue for fine jazz set the stage for our weekend. Joe McBride completed the setting with an intimate sharing of his keyboard and vocal gifts befitting a national recording artist relaxing in one of his "back yard" pied-a-terre.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMVery good band playing DirectVery good band playing Direct Contact. It made our night great ...best mojitos in town5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMgreat first impression!!!great first impression!!! The setting was very relaxing.... We never seen OutKast tho.... Kinda disappointed! But other then that.... Wonderful time!4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a wonderful experienceAlways a wonderful experience at the Jazz Kitchen!4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were from out of state. We were from out of state. This was our first time and it was great4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMI really enjoyed the experience.I really enjoyed the experience. It was even more enjoyable because my daughter-in-law, Erin Benedict, was the vocalist on Monday evening and did a great job. I will come back for other musicians. Really enjoyed the experience.4/15/2013 12:00:00 AMIt's wonderful to have a placeIt's wonderful to have a place in Indy where great Jazz is played.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved the music. A favoriteLoved the music. A favorite spot. It's hard to beat great jazz and good food.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous music; terrific atmosphereWe go for the music, but the whole package is terrific! We would like to see some smaller meals offered, since we are older and don't eat large meals. Since we are not local to the area, we are not able to do "take-home" food.....4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellentMy favorite place to go for good food and great jazz.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Eiger Musical Event!I went to the Jazz Kitchen and saw Kyle Eastwood (Clint's son) play jazz bass, both upright and electric, who is a phenomenal musician, and his band members are also outstanding musicians in their own right. I am a musician too, and I have worked with very good bass players, but I have never seen a bass player who just became "one" with his instrument! Their show was so well-done that even their communications with the audience fit into a schedule that was so vibrant that the time just flew by and before you knew it the show was over and you were still wanting more and more!4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMThe dinning experience andThe dinning experience and entertainmet was excellent. The entertainment was such that cannot be found very often. That was a very entertaining and warm atmosphere. Loved every moment and cannot wait to come again.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AM
