I had the wine parings with my dinner as well and was not impressed with all the choices. The white wine selections seem to work well but the reds did not seem to fit with the dish.
I have been to the Herb Farm in Woodenville several times and was always impressed with food and wine parings there. Their only flaw was coffee choice.
I expected more for the price. Matt Costello is a real artist. Every course was excellent, my taste buds were extremely happy. I don't drink but everyone who participated in the wine pairing said it was well worth it.
