Bear in mind, this only applies to the $100 pp pre-fixe menu. I did not eat there with the regular a la carte menu, which I would have preferred. For $100 pp, you get 5 courses, all of which were ok. You also get a wine tasting/pairing of 2oz glasses per course. When we added one cocktail for me and my wife, our bill with tax and tip came out to almost $300. For a boring charcuterie board, overcooked filet, and an ok quail, it's just not worth it. And you realize this more when you eat at Djangos (great) or Maxwell's for less than half the price.

Server forgot to bring our appetizer. Soup was not hot but the salad was very good (lone good comment). Overall, this restaurant was not up to expectations. Save your money for Alpino-vino (A+ rating) in Telluride!

They don't offer a lower price for the kids, nor do they have kid-friendly menu options. They ordered from the same adult menu and just picked at their food even though my kids usually enjoy and actually prefer adult entrees. In general the food was good, but not great and the food that was served was the same that was described on the menu. Questionable whether it was worth $100 for adults, but definitely not worth it for the kids. Expensive for a snowcat trailer ride and mediocre meal, but something different to do nonetheless. Enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance of the cabin. The dessert offered did not hit the spot for me.

Outstanding food and service - Great value! From the sleigh ride up to the cabin, through an excellent meal with supurb service in a warm and inviting setting; the perfect dining experience. The sleigh ride back to the base was under a cloudless sky filled with stars that rivaled any aerial display. We will visit again next time we are in Crested Butte...

The sleigh ride up the mountain offered beautiful sunset views. We were greeted warmly and a charcuterie and cheese board was ready at our table. Fabulous soup and salad followed. We ordered Colorado lamb and it was prepared to perfection! Dessert was scrumptious: flourless chocolate torte.

Dining at Uley's was a unique experience that I can't wot to tell everyone about! The snowcat ride up the mountain was a bit chilly but an interesting way to get to dinner. The staff was friendly and professional and the food was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere and it is apart of our vacation at Mt. Crested Butte we won't soon forget. There wasn't much of an Ice Bar but it was way too cold to be outside anyway. The inside dining was cozy and yummy.

Sleigh ride was awesome! The starter board of cheese and meats was great! The soup was cream of parsnip. Good, but very filling so could not eat the entire serving. Salad was mixed greens with apricot and goat cheese. The choices for entrees were Bass, a stuffed pork chop or a Filet. My bass was very bland, but my husbands steak was perfect! The desert was the most disappointing, especially considering that it was Valentine's day. It was bread pudding. Really, bread pudding on Valentine's Day! ARGH! I think they must have been catering to the older crowd as most everyone was quite a bit older. Only a few younger couples. Nice wine list. Dress in layers, because the restaurant was very hot inside! Service was adequate.

It was a rather expensive evening, with a bottle of wine and tip we spent $350 for two. The twilight sleigh ride up the mountain was fun, and the small cabin setting was picturesque as promised. Service was very friendly if somewhat inconsistent. The food was very ordinary but generally tasty. However, the charcuterie plate appeared to have been set out 1/2 hour before we arrived, and desert was a dense brick of bread pudding neither of us could eat. Overall, I was would not recommend Uley's Cabin because the food is not equal to the price by a very wide margin. Overall, it' s just not a good value.

Wonderfule and romantic! Not cheap!! But worth doing at least once. It was a 5 course meal. A LOT of food. Too much for us. But all very good. Cozy. Warm. Ride up on the cat/sleigh was neat. Our ride home had to be adjusted since our cat/sleigh's battery went dead. We road down on a cat/groomer which was cool! Definitely would recommend the overall experience.

Don't expect too much and wear some goggles the sleigh ride was okay except for the snow the snowcat was kicking up blowing back in your face. The cabin was nice but it was so hot I had to open the window we were setting next to. service was okay the food was average at best I had the short rib and my wife had the chicken it was served on a bed of grits which I didn't care for the ride back was a straight shot down the mountain save your money and go to Slogar.

My husband and I like to go to Uley's when we visit because that is where my husband proposed. The first time we went every course was fantastic. This time I only ate 2.5 out of 5 courses. The food was not nearly as good as it was last time. The ambiance was still nice and our server was great, but we thought the food quality was lacking, especially for $100 per person. We will still go back because of the sentimentality.

The ride up and the view was spectacular! We were a bit disappointed that the ice bar was melting, so could not enjoy that; but no fault of the restaurant. The appetizer was good; but had been sitting out a while and needed just a few more pieces for our group of 4. The duck was fabulous. The steak was very tender; just not very flavorful. The salmon was delicious. The pear dessert was also very good and just the right touch after a heavy meal. Service was very good as was the woman who hosted us on our ride up.

Uley's Cabin is an amazing destination! Since you must arrive on skis or a snowboard, I mean that literally. As for views, the mountain ranges around Crested Butte are a hard vista to beat. Uley's has a variety of exquisitely combined offerings on their menu. A recent lunch visit rewarded us with PEI mussels combined with (instead of the more typical chorizo) locally produced elk sausage. Uley's is special and a recommended addition to your ultimate Crested Butte ski experience.
