While there enjoy an exceptional five course dinner featuring Uley's signature Colorado cuisine. The menu often changes with the inspiration of our talented chefs. Favorites include Colorado elk bourguignonne, duck confit and Whiskey River pan seared salmon. A full bar and a handpicked wine list are available to complement your dining experience.
