My wife and I are big fans of the Harmon and Tacoma Hub so we decided to try the Gig Harbor location. Talk about a bad experience. Terrible service and food. Food was cold and oily. So disappointed.

  • Fine except for the server

Everything was acceptable aside from our server. Our first server, a gentleman with a beard, was engaging and prompt. Nichole was our server thereafter. She visited our table very 20-30 min and was not very tolerant of our largish (14 ppl) group. Three quarters of the group ordered the buffet and three of us ordered pizzas, but somehow I still sat there for 30 minutes without any food. Toward the end I ordered the guest of honor a mimosa; 20 min later I had the bill charging me for the drink, but not the actual drink. When I asked whether the mimosa I was paying for was still coming, she responded, "I can only do one thing at a time". Apparently she couldn't even do that one thing well. Was disappointed in her attitude, not sure ill return

I took a chance and booked mother's day brunch for 9 of us truly not knowing what to expect. the food was great, what a selection, I did not expect salmon and beef and crepes made fresh to order. I was really impressed that a neighborhood joint known more for beer and pizza would have something so nice.

My family and I came here for Mother's Day, and it turns out they were doing a brunch buffet. They had a wide selection of food and were willing to accommodate someone in our party who was gluten-free. Service was friendly and efficient when we needed drinks, the check, etc. If I lived in the neighborhood I'd probably come here a couple times a month to see what's new on their tap list.

We had the special that night which was a buffalo pizza, yummy! All the food coming out of the kitchen looked so good. Our waitress was very friendly and was on top of refills and all of our needs. The atmosphere is nice and I love the photos on the walls. Really like this place and will return. I also love that you can make reservations because they do get busy!

Looked for a place to eat with family on Easter, and chose the Hub on a whim. Had a great view from the window, but also noticed the variety of seating areas and choices. Host was very welcoming. Server was attentive and understanding of our two young boys. Very glad we came, and will be back!

We made a reservation for 12:30 on Easter Sunday because the information on Open Table said the brunch would be over at noon. Unfortunately it was not. Sadly, the brunch set up was fair at best. The wait staff was either under staffed or incredibly disorganized. The made to order omelets were tasty but everything else was definitely large quantity commercial tasting, school cafeteria like. Also included in the brunch buffet were numerous deli type trays (laid out on the traditional black plastic deli trays) of sliced deli sandwich meats, potato salad, and veggie and fruit trays. It was as if a deli catered their brunch. To top it off, it was very expensive for the quality, 137 for 6 people? Paying that much for deli meat, not happy.

Good Sunday brunch. We went Easter Sunday and the breakfast food was good. Wished they had Beef Roast at the carving station intead of just the ham, but everything else was pretty tasty, especially the bacon and sausage. The staff was very friendly. Next time I will go back for dinner and drinks with a bunch of friends... good place for it.
