We went on Mother's Day, and had to wait many minutes before we even were served water or asked what we would like to drink. Waitress was very nice and helpful. The prime rib was not good. My wife's prime was gristly and she had a hard time cutting it. Mine was a bit less gristly, and I could cut it and eat it ok. They did offer us a free dessert but we saw nothing that appealed to us. Then they did make it right by not charging us for my wife's prime rib. Service was very nice; but the meal not that good.

Enjoyed Mother's Day breakfast with my wife. Many classic and "Hershey" breakfast dishes to choose. Dining in restaurant or on patio. Inside noise level moderate due to many young children however recent renovations much improved over previous seating.

Great Food - Great Service...the only thing I was crazy about was the layout....Between the entry and the layout - If felt like a Denny's that Hershey took over - made to look real nice...improved the menu....but would have wanted a slightly different feel.

This restaurant was pleasant. We had excellent service, and it had easy parking. Due to the temperature we could not dine outside, but they have a nice setting to do so in warmer weather. Menu selection had a good variety of choices. It was lively when we were there on a Wednesday night.

The menu seems pretty small. I opted for a burger, which was delicious, but combined with brioche was a weird combination. One of our group enjoyed the chicken Parmesan but wasn't loving the pasta in pesto. The special, prime rib, was not medium rare as ordered, but tasted good. For a Hershey restaurant, the dessert menu was lacking. And our server never delivered the coffee ordered with dessert, but she didn't charge for it so we made no fuss. The bartender didn't know what a Hot Toddy is.

My friends and I selected this restaurant prior to a show at the Hershey Theatre. I made a reservation on line, very easily! I allowed plenty of time so we wouldn't feel we had to rush through the meal. We were in and out in 45 minutes. The creamed corn and crab chowder was delicious as was the prime rib, cob salad and grilled bruschetta. I will dine here again.

Three friends and I had dinner at your restaurant prior to the show at Hershey Theatre. What a treat! Our table was ready and all staff were very warm and attentive. The maitre de even ran out after me with the umbrella I left at the table. Dinner was delicious, water glasses were filled timely and we didn't feel rushed. I would recommend your restaurant to others.

Our food was good and the place appeared to be clean. However, I feel $8.00 for one waffle and syrup is quite pricey for a diner/grill. There was absolutely nothing else with it, not a small side of fruit, a cup of coffee - nothing. Also, since I booked the reservation on the Hotel Hershey website, I incorrectly assumed the grill was in the hotel. We were all very disappointed to find it was not. That should be made clear. I would recommend the grill but would warn of the prices for what one gets and the fact that it is not in the hotel.

I will start by saying the food was good-It was nothing to write home about though. For what we paid, something could have stood out more. I ordered duck and it was good, but i wont remember it tomorrow. Another lady in my party ordered salmon; same outcome. She did not feel it was anythign special. The appetizers we the best tasting items we ordered. The appetizers were tappas style, but they were easy to share. The service is what lacked, and really made the expereince poor. We needed to ask for water several times through the night and it took me going to the kitchen to ask someone for water for us to get some. We ordered soft drinks that were never delivered.

This was the first visit for us to Hershey Grill. I'm not sure why we've never tried it... nobody really talks about it. But we decided to come in for their Restaurant Week special menu which was by far the most creative and delicious sounding options out of all the Hershey restaurants that were participating in the week-long event. And we were very happy that we did give it a shot. The interior was nicely designed... modern and fresh. The waitstaff was very attentive and the food was prepared promptly. I had fried oysters and pickles as my appetizers. Then veal cheek ragout with mushroom risotto. Finally for dessert was a banana cheese cake drizzled in chocolate and served with a side of sliced bananas and whipped cream. All were fabulous!

My wife and I was not impressed by the service. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation. Our server was not attentive at all. She never came back to fill our water bottle, neither did she check to see if we needed refills for our iced tea. When we were served dessert, the waitress never inquired if we would like coffee or tea.

I received a birthday coupon for a free meal which could be used at any restaurant at the Hershey Lodge or the Hotel Hershey. We chose the Hershey Grill. The coupon was deceiving as the free item was not my meal choice, but the cheapest meal on the bill. Three family members ordered the hamburger meal. They enjoyed the meal, but thought that the burger was on the small side, similar to a typical fast food burger. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella and basil. It was fresh and delicious. The portion was perfect. These sandwiches came with a side of fries and pickles which were of good quality. Our server was not very friendly. Overall,I would rate this restaurant experience as above average.

We had reservations via Open Table and were seated immediately. Service was very good. Started with the calamari, done with breaded lemon wedges and peppers. When tasted together, it was a fantastic blend. Husband had the meat loaf, I had the sirloin steak. Very nicely done. Wine choices were adequate. The chocolate butter and warm bread was like eating dessert first!

The food was good. Very large portions. I had the schnitzel. It was overdone and very dry around the edges. But the middle was moist and flavorful. We had a large party (10 people), and our service was incredibly slow. We were there for a conference and ended up being late for the first session. I finally had to tell our server that we were in a hurry which then caused her to become a bit huffy. I might try it again, but honestly the food and service and The Bear's Den (also at Hershey Lodge) was better.

Everything at the Hershey Resorts is phenomenal - the bar is set high for me, so it's hard to adequately review this. Was the it clean and comfortable, was the food phenomenal, was the service great, would I eat there again - absolutely. Was it my favorite restaurant at Hershey, nope. The restaurant itself is rather small and has an updated diner-esque type decor. The outside of the building was clearly built in the 70s, and I guess there is no getting around that other than a total face-lift. We will definitely return whenever we are at the Hershey Lodge, but our preference would be for the Forebay or one of the restaurants at the Hotel Hershey. Can I say one more time that the food really was phenomenal!

I took my wife to the Hershey Grill for our Valentines dinner and was not impressed at all in the food quality and the prices that were charged. We ordered calamari which maybe had 15 or pieces and the rest was breaded banana peppers and lemon slices (which was weird because we have never had the mix at any other restaurant). Next she had a salad which she said was ok. I had the Chicken Parm. I was not impressed at all with it. The Angelhair pasta was greasy, and the Chicken was bland. We won't be going back to the Hershey Grill.

First off, I loved everything about the Hershey Grill. My husband and I split an appetizer (the bruschetta) which was fantastic. For my entree, I picked the top sirloin. I thought it tasted great even though I ordered it medium and it was more medium-well to well. It was really good so I didn't send it back for being overcooked. My husband ordered the seafood gemelli pasta, and he didn't like it. He said the sauce was very bland, the shrimp was overcooked, and the mussels were just steamed in water, not white wine or anything which made them bland. But he said the scallops were good. We split Heath Creme Brulee for dessert and it was yummy. Chocolate martini was yummy!

The restaurant had a recent make over and it is more hip casual with fantastic looking burgers, amazing gourmet meals like coffee rubbed venison and great pasta. The portions are very big! Top off with a chocolate kiss martini in a signature take home glass! We enjoyed the food, great staff and fast service. My husband got the seafood gemali pasta. The scallops where huge, the mussels fantastic. I noticed a mother bring her son to the "counter" seating as he was her date on Valentines day :-) and they offered crayons and were great.

Recent 2013 remodel is now an open modern upscale sedate design. Only disappointment is that the orientation of the doorway makes for a breezy / drafty area along most of the tables when the weather is cold. Some of the booths should be out of the draft, so ask for a booth on cold or windy days.

My family and I like to go to Hershey grill for dinner every time we are in Hershey . The restaurant was remodeled since last Christmas. My husband and I thought that the remodel took away the intimate and chic feel of the restaurant's ambiance. However the food quality , menu choices and service were great. We had three small kids and we felt that they were welcome and overall we had an excellent meal . Since we were visiting during Christmas and we had a great pleasure to hear carolers singing. Our family really enjoyed this special treat and we definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and relatives.
