(I like to ask) They cam out perfectly cooked with a cornbread based batter. It also had this radish sauce. It was quite the fair. The menus are always creative and feature the best and freshest (and local) ingredients. The food and service are high quality and outstanding. Food is plated beautifully. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I like supporting a culinary educational program and am always amazed at the work of the students. GRCC's Culinary Arts Program (which runs the Heritage) is top notch. The main entree seem to come out a little slowly. We were at lunch for over an hour. Our waiter (Ned) was attentive, courteous, served properly. He did not know what kind of scallops were on the menu other than to say they were "about the size of a fifty cent piece". My wife, having worked at two four star restaurants in D.C. thought this was strange since obviously he is training in the cullinary arts.
I had the ravioli for an appetizer and they were not quite al dente, a little firmer than they should have been and they did not taste very cheesy.
Unfortunately we did not have desert because both of the chocolate selections were gone already. Overall 90 out of 100.
