Excellent food & presentation. Bread sticks to start were to die for. Crab cake appitizer was fabulous. Pot pie & short ribs entrees were excellent. Service was exceptional, the food was delicious, especially the Caesars Salad. Our table was nice, but the seating (couch style) was uncomfortable. The unique food choices and modern, hip, upscale surroundings attracted us to The Henry. Hostess was bright and cheerful and promptly seated us. We then sat for around 10 minutes waiting for a waiter to notice us. Finally, the bus boy felt sorry for us and took our drink orders and said the waiter would be by shortly. Wish we had the bus boy serving us as he was more customer oriented than the waiter who we saw three times in total.
Food is excellent. Short Rib Eggs Benedict on Potato Pancake is the bomb while Vanilla Creme French Toast was nice and fluffy. Only wish there was toast as an accompaniment to the Eggs Benedict. Great food...spotty service...upscale surroundings.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMGood food, light wine poursThough we made reservations, the restaurant was all but empty when we arrived for our early dinner at 5:30 (we were seeing a show at 7). The food was tasty, and we were very satisfied. My reason for a lower service score and loss of star overall is due to the wine service. Our waiter gave very light pours compared to other tables and the bar, enough that it was very noticeable. He also admitted to being hungover, which might have explained the light pours, but it struck me as a little unprofessional.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMI love The Henry. The serviceI love The Henry. The service is always wonderful--the food is even better. I love the Cosmo drinks--delicious!! This place is always a lot of fun!! The deviled eggs are to DIE for!!
