"We had a wonderful dinner at The Henry. We didn't try an appetizer, but with the wonderful buttermilk biscuits as a starter, we didn't really need one. We ordered the short ribs with the fork smashed potatoes and seasonal vegetabls. The meat was fork tender and delicious. Potatoes were great. Unfortunately the handling of the brussel sprouts and carrots was not quite up to par. There is a difference between al dente and raw, unfortunately the veggies were basically raw (which is good for some veggies but not for brussel sprouts). They were a bit of a disappointment, and hence the 4 stars for the food. The highpoint of this visit had to be the waitstaff which was attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend The Henry for a night out."

"We had to stand up and leave after 10 minutes of waiting for our drinks to be served. The place had what seemed to me not a lot of people and we thought the service would be expeditious. Unfortunately we just had a very poor experience in a different restaurant in which we had decided to stay and ended up in a disaster. We just didn't want to risk a bad experience again. We didn't have a chance to try the food so we can't comment on it. The ambiance was great."

"We went during a very busy weekend: Match madness, spring break and a medical conference. Truffled tator tots were great as was the chicken salad sandwich. The so called "piled high" Reuben was under piled at best-it looked quite anemic! However, it was tasty. My only concern/criticism was that the waitress seemed more interested in rushing us out than to actually...wait on us."

"went to the henry for breakfast. sat at the bar since it was just me. the natural omlette was good! typical for a hotel 'casual' place. more of your basic restaurant. didnt go back for any other meals, but good for a quick breakfast before heading out. got a second latte to go, so saved me a trip upstairs to the 'bene' caffe..."

"Our table was not ready when we arrived. Reservations had been made days in advance. We had to wait like those who had just dropped in. The booth seats were way too low for comfortable eating. My husband is six feet tall and the table came nearly to his chest. The waiters laughed about it and said that it was a problem. Presentation of the Eggs Benedict was very disappointing. There was nothing on the plate except an English muffin topped by ham, egg and cheese. No garnish. No potatoes. No fruit or vegetables...nothing. The coffee was very good and my omelet was perfect...which is the only reason that I would recommend The Henry to others. The Cosmopolitan should demand better of The Henry management."

"My guest and I were served our meals about 20 minutes apart (literally), terrible service and management!

The Short Rib Benedict was good but on the very very small side with two small short rib pieces. I realize this isn't what other guests have experienced but this was mine. I doubt though they had to wait 20 minutes after their guests were served to be served their meal...

There was very little apology for this experience; and if the staff and management doesn't care then why should I care to return for this mediocre experience? Plus pay full price for it!
