The Happ InnHapp-y MealHapp Inn is a great place for bar food, small plates, or full dinners. On this occasion, between the two of us, we had shrimp ceviche (unique and excellent, not too spicy), tortilla soup (rich and flavorful), fish tacos (3 and delicious), hamburger sliders (not White Castle, but really good) and a pepperoni flatbread (a small tasty pizza.) Everything was really good, everything worked, and there is a great selection of wines and beers, some new and interesting. The service is efficient but overly enthusiastic. But for an upscale casual meal that won't disappoint, Happ Inn is the place. The flair is Southwestern, but the menu has everything you'd want. The wine list is varied, and the draft beer choices are really interesting. The place is always busy, but the Open Table reservation gets you seated quickly. The service is prompt and efficient.
