Because all food is made and cooked in house, everything is fresh and crisp. Brunch menu is traditional but with a twist. Service is wonderful- make you feel right at home and accomodate all your needs. Kudos! Great beer.Interesting and smart menu. Great beer. Nice staff. Only wish I had discovered The Guilty Goose two years ago when it opened.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMCozy, friendly, great littleCozy, friendly, great little neighborhood place. Our first time here, having dinner with a nephew & his wife. Perfect choice in that it offered various brews and wines, with a wide selection of foods at very reasonable prices. We shared mussels, chicken liver spread, & risotto balls. First of all... too much food - but we ate every bit and requested more amazing ale bread to dip in the mussel broth, YUM. We tried cassolet, wagyu beef, big pig, & brassiere salad. All were good. I will ask for blue cheese on the side of the salad next time. There was quite a bit & it got too overwhelming. Steak temp was perfect and big pig was large enough for a next-day lunch. Shared cranberry cake that was freshe and warm. Service was fast & pleasant.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Food and Great spotWe had a great time and would go back again, food was excellent !
