Fried shrimp was not crispy but mealy and shrimp was overcooked. Jambalaya pasta was tasty, but the chicken was chewy. My wife had a chicken breast and thigh and it was very good and perfectly cooked. Drinks and dessert were good. Entrees were quite pricey for the quality.

We got there at 4:00 to make sure there were oysters since it was first come first served. Food was great, oysters delicious, wine was sweet. Really really nice way to spend an afternoon. Nothing like leaving work early to go eat oysters for a dollar!

We came here for a special dinner during a very quiet Sunday evening. Everyone enjoyed their meals, but the slow service was frustrating! One of the people in our group has a severe peanut & tree nut allergy so he asked our waiter (Cody) several questions about how the food was prepared, etc. Cody left to find the answers and then when he returned, he still did not have the answers b/c he forgot to ask the questions. This happened a couple of times during the meal. In this day and age w/ so many food allergies, shouldn't the waitstaff know this information?

Our waitress Erika was fantastic. We were pleased to see that Erika was our waitress on our second visit. She made the dining experience quite pleasant and comfortable. The food is fantastic and that is why I selected the Grill for my Birthday dinner. I would recommend The Grille to all of my friends and family.

My wife and I were surprised by the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. This restaurant is located within a ski resort/spa. We expected touristy type food but were surprised to find well prepared and presented upscale cuisine, which is unusual in the Lehigh Valley area. The scenery was also notable with the restaurant located at the base of the ski slopes surrounded by well manicured gardens and walkways. We will definitely return.

Overall, we had a pleasant evening. We started the evening with the 3 dip appetizer, which was delicious and plentiful. Our waitress, Amanda, was attentive and checked in with us several times, bringing us additional bread to enjoy with our appetizer. Our entree sizes were just enough to eat and were very good as well. Our only surprise with the evening was when we first arrived was that a larger party had an infant there, who was not a happy camper and actually made it difficult for us to converse. Thankfully, the party did leave early into our dinner.

Went with neighborhood friends to explore the Grille during summer. Two piece band was moderate in volume, food presentation and flavors were outstanding. Truly exceptional was the local trout appetizer which was quickly devoured by our two neighbor fisher folks. Tuna tasting was outstanding and salads were fresh, crisp and flavorful.

Sandwiches/salads are ok... Entrees are WAY too expensive for the quality. We were there to sit outside and listen to live music; Service Master was there with 2 vans (carpet cleaning machines in the vans) right next to the deck where we were dining, cleaning carpets for the first 45 minutes of the music. Very annoying...

There was a large event at the resort this weekend and this restaurant was overwhelmed. I'm sure the food and timeliness are usually very good. We waited over an hour and half for food and then only one of two dishese was good. The ribs were dry and fries unedibly salty. The last time I was here was more for drinks and apps, but I remember the experience being pretty great.

I had made an online reservation for 8:00 PM and from what I could tell there was no place on the form to state whether you desired indoor or outdoor seating. We noticed empty tables on the deck area as we were walking in to the resort. When we approached the hostess stand and gave our name for the reservation, we were directed to a table indoors. I asked if it were possible for us to sit outside and was told we would have to wait another 25-30 minutes. We chose to wait and were seated a half an hour later, around 8:30 PM. Our food did not arrive until 9:30 PM. The food was amazing, as was the atmosphere, but the service seemed to be lacking. I would definitely visit again, but likely earlier in the evening.

so, I understand it was a big bike weekend and that reservations on the computer says that the tables were full but.......we asked for an outside table and were told they are reserved. Then we asked for a window table and were told they are full too. We sat there and socialized for over 3 hours and the other tables we requested never filled up, not even half of them. I hope that it was just a bunch of people who didn't show up for their reservation cause there is no other excuse for not granting our request for a better table. The food was pricey but good. It was a great place to catch up with friends for an evening out though.

Was meeting my son's girlfriend for first time and she was visiting from out of town. Friend had recommended The Grille and said to request window table. We got half a window and were seated over by the kitchen, so things were kinda noisy. Our food was absolutely fantastic though and our server so great, so we'll definitely be back. Next time, though I'll know to request table more in the middle of the restaurant.

We had our first date at BC 3 years ago and wanted to celebrate there again. It was just as wonderful for the first date as it was this time. We will be back, maybe even to celebrate the big day! The only thing we would change is to ask the bikers to walk around and not through the dining area (partially undressed and/or dressed in their gear). It was a bit out of place.

The grille at bear creek is one of my favorite restaurants in the lehigh valley. Most recently my husband and I went for a date night on a Thursday night and they had live music out on the desk it was great. The food was amazing and they had a great happy hour as well from 5-7. I highly recommend checking this place out especially while it's warm out!

My husband and I recently spent the night at Bear Creek Resort to celebrate our anniversary. We ate at the Grille. We enjoyed our dining experience, but were disappointed that our server wasn't more familiar with the menu. Being it was our first visit, we had a few questions that he wasn't able to answer and never offered to find out. Even though, we had a delicious meal! We will most likely return. The live entertainment was a lovely addition totheromantic ambiance as well.

My wife and I went to dinner on a Sunday night around 7:00. There wasn't much of a crowd but the service was extremely slow and very inatentive. The tables that were around us where previous diners ate remained dirty during the whole time we were there. The waitress was nice enough just not very service orientated. On a positive note, both mine and my wife's entrees were delicious.

We had never been. I purchased the DCT Restaurant of the Month Calendar for my husband for Christmas and this was the June coupon. We will definitely come again. I reserved on line, added a special request to have a "nice table by a window" and was pleasantly surprised when someone called to confirm on the day of our reservation and specifically mentioned that we would be seated at "a nice table by a window". It made me feel very special. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Food was mediocre and the service was terrible. Long waits for drinks and dinner courses, beer was served in a bottle with no glass, coffee served with cream, but no sugar, and then the cream taken away before I used it. The Grille was not busy enough to warrant the inattentive service. It was "Lobster Week," which would make you think that they would have had some exciting lobster dishes, but they didn't. Very pedestrian menu choices and terrible service made for a disappointing evening.

I enjoyed the lobster dinner, however, thought the portion was small. Also, my favorite and what I was hoping to order was the lobster roll. I did not realize that this was an appetizer and therefore very small in size. I was surprised because I assumed with the price of $16.00 that it would be a normal size lobster roll. Hopefully you will have that as a dinner option next time around.

Disappointed in the food, not up to par! Didn't seem that the chef or chefs knew the menu, (ex.. my husband's meal said a demi glaze, it was a horrible tasting gravy instead, the twice baked potato was only a quarter of the potato, not much inside it. Herbs and spices on my daughter's chicken was bad! The Caesar salad dressing was bland tasting and oily. So overall the food was not good.
